WS Opéra - Milan

Lage und Unterkunft

Einzige Minuspunkt, Kühlschrank konnte nicht reguliert werden, alle Lebensmittel gefroren

I really liked the location of the property. It’s very close to the city centre and Saint-Lazare station, which made getting around really easy. The Louvre is also within walking distance, and on the way there you can see lots of other interesting sights. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and bars nearby as well, so there’s always something to explore.

One thing I didn’t like was that there was no elevator to the third floor, so there are quite a few stairs to climb. There are also a lot of PIN codes to remember for the different doors, although once you figure it out you get the hang of it. The cleanliness could also have been better. There was some hair in the sink and shower when I arrived, and I noticed spots on some of the glasses, bowls and cutlery. The bathroom also doesn’t seem to have proper ventilation, so it gets quite hot and humid after showering. Other than that, there really wasn’t much to complain about, and I still had a good stay.

Ottima posizione in zona centrale ma tranquilla vicina a diverse stazioni metro

Camera troppo piccola

Location, and convenience of a room setup. It had everything I needed and in closed proximity to all transport links.

I arrived to not cleaned apartment. Towels were used, trash bins not emptied, bedding was definitely used. When I called the office they started telling me that they sent me a message with notification of delay in check-in time due to cleaning team running behind the schedule. However, the message was sent After my call, not before. The timing on ‘new’ check-in was also super inconvenient for me (5pm instead of 3pm) as I had to leave by 18:00 at the latest, and with all this commotion and cleaning team starting to clean my room only after I called the office, I was almost late to my appointment. No compensation for the inconvenience was provided except for an offer of 1h delayed check-out, which was useless for me since my train was leaving before 10am.
