Great location, clan and pleasant stay

Location is great, 15 mins walk to Moulin Rouge / Galleries Lafayette. The accommodation is very modern

Overall, it was not bad, but not amazing either. The best part was definitely the staff

I really liked the friendly staff. The woman who was ironing was very polite and genuinely tried to help. The room was small, but everything was neat and there was everything needed for a comfortable stay. What I didn’t like was that there was nowhere to leave luggage and no reception. Instructions were sent about where luggage could be stored “Not for free “, but this was the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I asked for early check-in, but no one replied. It was stated that I would be informed a day in advance whether early check-in was possible, but I never received any information. The location is fine, very close to the metro. Also, regarding the city tax: bring a pen with you, as you need to put the money in an envelope and leave it there.

Terrible place to stay.

Convenient location near the Saint Lazare train station.

No AC, very hot and stuffy room. When we open the windows for fresh air, mosquitos came in and kept us up most of the night. Woke up sweaty and tired. No elevator and no onsite staff to address issues.

Great apartment in Paris centre

Clean, tidy, and homy. Very good location, not far from metro and train stations. Nearby a lot of restaurants and cafés. Easy access to the apartments with detailed instructions provided. The apartment is nicely set up and comfortable.

Small issues. There was an error in the access code given to enter the apartment. Luckily, we could easily figure it out on our own. In the walk-in shower, there was no shower gel.

Avoid at all costs!!

The hotel and room itself was okay. There are a lot of codes to get access to your room, which is reassuring. It is also closely located to a metro and train station making it easy to get into the city centre.

Where do I begin!! Our first night was okay here despite the no AC which is certainly important in Paris during summer. My issue was with the staff. On the last night of the stay, we went to head out of the hotel and the door to leave the landing to get access to the exit was completely jammed as the handle had broken. As this is a contactless check in hotel, there were no staff on site. After half an hour of trying to get this door to open, we decided we had to call the WhatsApp number given to us. We spoke to two employees who were absolutely no help. They kept hanging up and saying they would “ring us back” but never did. They accused us of not using the keypad on the door which in fact did not exist. We were locked into this hotel for 3 hours and because of that we missed our dinner reservation and our boat cruise that we had previously booked. The employee we did speak to said he would get another guest to try and open the door which when they went to try and open the door they also were unable to. This was absolutely appalling customer service with little to no remorse for us. It is also a health and safety hazard. In the event of a fire we would have not been able to escape. The only reason we got out of it is because we banged on the door for 20 minutes until some other guest (also on holiday) came out of his room from the other side of the door, and forcefully got it open. I would avoid this hotel at all costs, it is affordable for a reason!!

Property was in a great location. Very clean.

Sadly the room had one window facing an internal skylight so really dark. Not related to the property itself but we were booked to stay elsewhere and WS changed our booking 2 weeks out. Not a great experience but thankfully the property was ok.

There is no elevator. The rooms are so small that two people bump into each other and meet in bed.

Very disappointing

Breakfast was great and was delivered on time on our doorstep. Location was perfect and close to touristic areas, variety of restaurants and shopping areas.

1. Host auto communication is well but does not follow thru what they are communicating. It is like talking only to a machine without any action done. 2. Cleaning request right from Day 1 was ignored despite promises to come clean the apartment on the 3rd day, even when we agreed to pay Euro 20 extra/day of cleaning 3. Apartment rooms does not have doors, NO PRIVACY. MAYBE CONSIDER PUTTING EVEN JUST A CURTAIN on the door.

Moderne, confortable, spacieux et très calme

Logement au RDC très moderne, confortable, spacieux et très bien situé. Idéal pour 3 adultes, à 7 mn à pied du théâtre Mogador. Deux espaces de salle d'eau ou de bain ainsi que deux toilettes séparées. Très bonnes literies. Très calme, aucun bruit, rare à Paris.

Petit bémol sur le manque de lumière naturelle mais pour juste pour une nuit en février, c'était parfait

Estuvieron en contacto y rápidos a responder. El sitio está bastante nuevo y la ubicación carca de Saint Lazare es muy adecuada

Una pena que en este tipo de sitio no e posible dejar el equipaje, eso supone 10-15 euros mas de gasto para el locker. Hay tres puertas de acceso, los pasillos son confusos, una vez uno se instala está bien, pero algo agobiante. Un dia apenas tenia wifi y no pude trabajar bien.

Camera curata e accogliente

Camera e struttura nuove e ben arredate , la stanza con cucina ottima per pasti veloci e dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione ottima vicina ad una stazione importante ma anche a piedi era possibile raggiungere le mete principali.

Purtroppo manca l’ascensore e non sono previste pulizie giornaliere della stanza, ma per stare pochi giorni va benissimo.

Een aangenaam appartement in een aangename buurt. De hygiëne was minder.

De locatie is prima voor wie Parijs wil ontdekken. Een buurt met een aantal bakkerijen, bistro's en een supermarktje, 3 metrostations op wandelafstand.

Het appartement was niet grondig gepoetst. Haren van vorige bezoekers in de badkamer, stofnesten in verschillende hoeken en pastasaus tegen de keukenkasten.

A limpeza deixa a desejar, ofereceram-se para trocar toalhas mas só foram ao quarto deixar outro envelope para a taxa municipal. Pedem para deixar essa taxa a dinheiro o que também não é nada prático e o quarto precisa de melhorias. As fotos claramente já tem alguns anos em relação ao estado que encontramos o alojamento

L'emplacement est génial, le check in et check out en toute autonomie est parfait, c'est propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut même pour cuisiner un peu.

Muy buena ubicación, muy limpio todo. Las respuestas en general bastante rápidas. El wifi funciona bien.

El acceso algo complicado, no sólo por las escaleras, sino que además parece que uno entra al Louvre, cuatro códigos diferentes para ingresar. Es pequeñísimo, ojo personas de gran tamaño, no van a entrar en la ducha. No recibimos ayuda para dejar el equipaje un par de horas al check in ni al check out, lo que hizo pesadísima nuestra llegada, perdimos dinero para un locker, y medio día al menos para disfrutar la ciudad, uno en total entre llegada y salida. Dejaron café y té para un solo día, estuvimos tres noches... Sé que todo alojamiento es caro en París, pero este definitivamente lo es.

Uninhabitable apartment, poor communication, and an unacceptable experience that forced me to leave immediately.

Nothing. Unfortunately, the apartment was in unacceptable and unclean condition upon arrival.

When I arrived, the apartment was dirty and the bed linen had yellow stains. It was absolutely uninhabitable. I immediately contacted the property and was told that no one could come to clean that evening. I had no choice but to leave and book another place to stay at my own expense. Despite sending photos and full documentation, the property only 20€ as refund. I know need to activate a lawyer to claim my money. The management communication was slow and dismissive. The apartment did not match the photos or the cleanliness standard expected from a Booking.com listing.

Habitación para descansar, cómoda y limpia.

Tiene una ubicación excelente. Es un poco complicado entrar con los códigos, pero una vez que los controlas la verdad que está muy bien . El apartamento es muy pequeñito, y es verdad que de primeras estaba muy limpio, pero detrás de la cama había mucho polvo. La cama era muy cómoda. Para lo pequeño que es, estaba muy bien distribuido. La habitación que nos tocó era muy silenciosa, por lo que pudimos descansar perfectamente . La ubicación excelente , a 10 minutos andando del Moulin Rouge y a 10 minutos andando de la estación. La zona es muy tranquila . Varios restaurantes y algún supermercado cerca (a menos de cinco minutos caminando).

Que para poder abrir la ventana, teníamos que saltar por encima de la cama

C'était tellement SALE et étroit, que je ne vois rien de positif.. On ne devrait pas laisser ces gens gérer des structures comme celle-là!

SALETE : Le ménage n'avait pas été fait, j'ai dû demander le code de la porte du linge mis en vrac dans un placard du couloir pour changer les draps moi même. le lit soulevé il y avait même une chaussette qui trainait au milieu de la saleté! On reçoit un message avant d'arriver le 14/10/25 à 13 H 27 que "Nos femmes de chambre ont pris du retard dans le nettoyage de nos appartements et par conséquent votre appartement ne sera pas prêt avant !7 h..." C'est HONTEUX de faire payer aussi cher qu'un hôtel, pour ne même pas être considéré! C'est la dernière fois que je réserve par Booking! En plus, même pas un geste commercial, mais en plus on paie 20€ pour le ménage !!! C'est le monde à l'envers !!!!!! En plus, on ne peut se retourner vers PERSONNE, car in n'y a PERSONNE sur place!

Pratique et bien placé. Fonctionnel pour un séjour court.

L’emplacement principalement. Le logement est fonctionnel mais reste assez petit. Pour une ou deux nuits de passage à Paris, c’est parfait. Il y a de quoi se préparer un petit dîner ou petit déjeuner et la literie est propre bien que le matelas soit un peu mou à mon goût. Pour accéder, il n’y a que des codes et tout est envoyé en avance. J’ai quelques doutes sur le code de la porte d’entrée (clavier tactile qu’il m’a fallu composer plusieurs fois pour entrer). La salle d’eau avec wc est petite mais c’est ok. Il ne faut pas être trop « fort » pour se mouvoir dans ce logement. Et l’accès ne convient pas aux personnes ne pouvant prendre les escaliers.

Quand je suis arrivé, le logement n’était pas prêt : la femme de ménage n’avait pas encore passé l’aspirateur. Or, le logement était censé être accessible à partir de 15h et je suis arrivé à 16h. J’ai donc dû attendre dans le couloir. De plus, je trouve que ça reste assez bruyant : les murs sont minces et les voisins pas très discrets ni soucieux du bien être des autres. Et mon logement étant au 1er étage et donnant sur la rue, j’ai eu à subir les bruits urbains du soir et du matin, malgré le double vitrage.
