Location is brilliant, right in the heart of Pigalle area with lots of restaurants to choose from. Also wry close to Gare du Nord. Rooms are very comfortable and staff are helpful and friendly.
Fee chargeable to use a very poky gym and sauna. I think this should be included. The breakfast room/ bar area isn’t very comfortable, but it isn’t a hotel designed for lounging in, so not a problem.

Location too
Communication via booking chat was not accordingly. The staff lacked in explaining the difference between superior bedroom and suite as we requested the top floor room .
