The location was good.

It does not seem like a five star hotel. It’s the worst value for money we ever got and we visit Paris multiple times a year because our son studies there. Our room was dark with only a high window in the sitting area. No natural light at all. The bathroom was cramped and small for this class of hotel. All service staff were grumpy and cold. It almost seemed like they were trained not to smile and engage with the guests - opposite of every other interaction we have in Paris. At restaurants and hotels, people are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.
