The professionalism, kindness and support provided by Davis, Amadou and Carla at the reception and the breakfast although I had to pay while in my understanding this was included in the price I paid for the room

What a very bad experience the cold and aggresive welcome by a lady wnen I arrived on 29 july around 2:00pm.that really made me feel unwanted, Had I not paid before for the room I would have left. Of course she gave me one of the worst rooms very close to the streets with bars and restaurants in front and all the noise that this implied. It took me a lot of time to convince her with the help of her colleague Carla to change the room. What a very bad experience. Needless to say that I will never return to this hotel. By the way the room was very small and simple with no amenities. This is not a four star hotel. When I was there only one elevator was functionning By the way permit me to draw attention on the question of security of the hotels clients if there is an emergency requiring evacuation. Given the narrowness of the corridors and the way the rooms are located it would be a sysiphean task to get everybody out safe and sound.. The only plus was the breakfast that of very good, nutritious and somptuous. I was vey surprised that it was not included in the room price,
