The staff were absolutely outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location is superb, perfectly positioned for exploring Paris on foot. The facilities were impressive and well-maintained, and the value for money is hard to beat given the quality on offer. The room itself was comfortable, though the toilet was a bit dirty when we arrived. We flagged it with the staff

I had a wonderful time staying in the hotel during my 5-day trip. The location is great. I love their room, comfortable and cozy. Their staff are all very nice. They also offer free sauna during the stay!

My recent stay at [Hotel Name] in Paris left me utterly disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received from the reception staff, both in the morning and evening shifts. From accusations of unauthorized guests to attempting to charge for unapproved breakfasts and even questioning the legitimacy of my service dog, the experience was marred by unnecessary stress and discomfort. Furthermore, the TV in my room was stuck in hospital mode, severely limiting my entertainment options. This inconvenience forced me to request a room change. While the new room lacked the floral decorations and had a darker ambiance, it offered the comfort and amenities I required. However, the initial inconvenience added to the overall frustration of my stay. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel in Paris was marred by the treatment I received from the reception staff, the attempt to charge for unauthorized services, and the disrespect shown towards my service dog. The inconvenience of the TV being stuck in hospital mode compounded the frustrations of my stay. I hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant and hassle-free experience. Also the team will need to be train and learn how not to be rude to a guest paying overpriced ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ that is not with a rate not well deserved.
