    Great location, walking distance from Amsterdam Central, lots of food around as well and strategically located. Staff are very friendly as well.

    It’s a beautiful hotel with cozy rooms. The staff was courteous especially Ms.Luis. On request she did give us a beautiful room with balcony on the top floor which was an absolute delight. The only thing that needs to be seriously addressed is the restaurant which is quite small and the breakfast is not very satisfactory with limited options, it’s a major issue. Overall the day was great.

    The property benefits from a good location with easy access to transport and shopping, making it walkable. Facilties were generally good. However, the housekeeping was disappointing. The room was cleaned only once when I asked for it to be cleaned three times. Cleanliness was satisfactory once cleaned, but the overall value for money felt lacking given this issue.
