    This is my first time in Paris with 3pp, and found this one with 2 single and a bunk bed. Room is very spacious with AC. Location(5/5) - close to line M4 , M6 and M12 that can take us to Eiffel Tower, Louvre museum, and all attractions. Also take us to Eurostar station. Countless restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Staff(5/5)- very friendly and helpful, room service everyday. Building(5/5) - very clean, with small garden in the front and back. Water dispenser on ground floor for guests. Laundry(5/5) - no self service laundry but the hotel does offer. If not, a laundromat is yards away from hotel, very convenient. I strongly recommend and I will come back to this hotel when I am back to Paris

    Location is the main selling point, within a very short walk of three metro stations, buses and lots of taxis on the main road. But the hotel is dated with frayed carpets, stained walls and there is no kettle with tea or coffee.
