This area is not that far away from the center of attraction in Paris. Accessible via Metro easily. It is a modern area with lots of office. The price cheaper and if you can walk, it is good for you.

Hotel is at good location. Ok for 1-2 night as transit stsy,bug wifi fid not work in rrom. A/c was put off for reason that it is winter but room was lacking proper temperature. When raised with staff they were good anc helped with a fan,but a/c will not operate on your days of travel dhould have been put as a disclaimer during booking. Also no room facilities like kettle and body lotion which is bare minimum expected
