Excellent place to stay in the La defense area. Just a 10-15 min walk from Westfield CNIT (where the mall and conferences are), and right next to the intermarche supermarket . Easily connected to the heart of Paris by metro. Facilities are very clean, and includes a gym, laundry room, and various games in the lobby.

Studio room.
Minuses:
1. Room is extremely small
We asked for the paid update to the apartment and asked to show it to us first if it is bigger enough but lady on the reception in a quite rude form told us she will not show us anything before pay and we can see the room in internet.
2. One of 2 elevator is broken for 1 month already and not reaching 0 floor. Need to leave and wait for other to come if you are with the things or the stroller or go by the stairs
3. Cleaning of the rooms. Weekly starting from the 8th day. That actually means - never
4. Location is very far from metro. With the stroller you will wall at least 15 minutes by the hills and stairs.
5. My wife washed three floors in the room. Looks like they were last time washed 2014.
6. No any good restaurants around. Only shawarma, pure Asian concepts and quite expensive French one with avarage food.
7. Hotel is overpriced for sure
Pluses.
1. pretty good breakfast
2. Excellent 2 supermarkets in 100 m distance
3. Quite and safe area
4. Big mall Westfield but we had no time to visit
5. DADA restaurant&bar downstairs very good (the only in the area)
6. Salones and Neuilly metro stations are close and full of good restaurants.
7. Located in very convenient line 1
