Overall, everything was fine, except the shower in the room was broken, and instead of four towels, they only left us three. I mention this because when we checked in, they told us everything was fine and that anything extra would cost extra, as would cleaning. I'm not sure if this is mentioned when you make the reservation, as I didn't see it, and if it is, it seems a bit hidden. Aside from that, I highly recommend it. The location is a bit far from the tourist areas, but there's a metro station a few minutes away and a shopping center that makes everything much easier. The staff was very friendly.
