This hotel is seriously need to train the manner of their receptionist calling us at 11.45 am even before check-out time 12pm to immediately vacate the room like we overstay and didn't paid for the room. I still remember the exact word she was without morning/bonjour saying " Hello you need to leave the room now!, okay !" No manner at all . Not only that, we found 2 male underwear in the corner of the closet probably from the previous tenant. Out of 5 nights stay, drinking glass was not provided. We were provided with only 2 paper cup and we're not replaced every day even it is been after used for coffee.
Not to mention if you are a light sleeper the sound of metro passing below are very loud and you can say can create a light earthquake.

The location is great, near to the underground station. Staff were lovely. The only issue we had was the aircon in the room. It wasn't working properly and felt like there was no aircon at all. We reported it, but staff said it was working. In the end, we didn't get too much out of the aircon as the room was still warm.

I was assigned a room that was quite small, rather than the residence apartment I was booked. Additionally, the lack of willingness to send someone to remove the garbage is quite disappointing. To make matters worse, there is no mini or supermarket nearby this location, which adds to the inconvenience. Overall, my experience has been less than satisfactory.
