Visiting for the first time, it's definitely value for money and many thanks to the hotel staff for guiding about the must-see attractions in a timely manner by literally showing all on the map. Excellent breakfast options and fully recommended for anyone visiting with young children.

Overall, we had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast was truly outstanding with a great variety and quality — definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
However, our experience at the reception desk was very disappointing. The receptionist we encountered was extremely rude, unhelpful, and spoke in an arrogant and irritating manner. We arrived in the morning after a long international flight and approached the desk for check-in and for clarification regarding the city tax. Instead of providing clear and polite assistance, she responded impatiently and rudely, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Such behavior is not acceptable for front-desk staff, especially in a hotel of this standard. This area seriously needs improvement. Apart from this negative experience at reception, everything else about the hotel was excellent.
