    We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Paris La Défense overall. The hotel itself was excellent, and almost every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable. A few people deserve special recognition: Ebtissam, Jahid, and Sulman were absolutely outstanding. Their hospitality and level of service were incredible and really elevated our experience. They are exactly the type of employees who make guests want to return. Unfortunately, our experience with one front-desk employee, Gael, was the complete opposite. His attitude and manner of communicating with guests were extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely unsuitable for a customer-facing hospitality position. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and although we were told around 1:00 PM that our room would be ready by 3:00 PM, we did not receive it until approximately 3:30 PM. The delay itself would not have been a major issue—it was the way the situation was handled by Gael that made it frustrating. Thankfully, the front desk manager stepped in and came to our rescue, handling the situation professionally. Other than this relatively minor glitch, everything else the hotel had to offer was excellent. One important tip for future guests: be careful when booking Uber or Bolt to the hotel. For some reason, the apps repeatedly tried to direct our rides to the La Défense center rather than the hotel's actual entrance/address. We ended up spending considerably more on taxis because local taxi drivers seemed to know exactly how to reach the hotel. Double-check the destination before confirming your ride. Overall, I highly recommend the Pullman Paris La Défense. The property and the overwhelming majority of the staff provided a fantastic experience. Ebtissam, Jahid, and Sulman in particular deserve recognition for exceptional hospitality. If Gael happens to be handling the front desk when you arrive, I would politely request assistance from another team member. The rest of the staff demonstrated the level of professionalism and hospitality you would expect from a Pullman hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again.

    The superior room has very cheap cheap wooden furniture. The bed is of metal like in prison. Gym is so small and gloomy .. there is no any fruit or water at the lobby area .. overall I don’t think this one deserve a 5 star status.. only good thing is the location next to shopping mall and public metro and train.

    the hotel is very nice but its not 5 stars, also i had a problem with the toilet it kept leaking and making noise and told the staff about it twice, but no help sadly, other than that its all good
