    Our stay is an example of a Beautiful Stay Ruined by Poor Customer Service The hotel itself is very good. Our suite was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well suited for a family with children. The location in La Défense offered a quieter atmosphere while still providing convenient access to Paris attractions. The staff we interacted with during our stay were professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, my overall experience was significantly affected by a reservation issue. A booking was mistakenly made with incorrect dates, and despite contacting Agoda immediately, escalating the case, staying at the hotel, and even discussing the matter in person with the hotel management team during our stay, neither the hotel nor Agoda showed any meaningful flexibility or willingness to find a reasonable solution. What was most disappointing was not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of customer-focused problem solving. Both parties remained rigid in their position and appeared more focused on policy and collecting money than on guest experience. As a result, what should have been a positive family stay turned into one of the most frustrating reservation experiences we have encountered. While the property itself is good, I cannot recommend it to anyone due to the way this situation was handled. Travelers should be extremely careful when booking, as any reservation issue will be met with no flexibility regardless of the circumstances. For us, this experience left a lasting negative impression and unfortunately outweighs the positives of the hotel itself.

    Stay 4 nights and everything is same as before. Friendly staff, clean room and easily access to various places.
