The location of the hotel is excellent. I booked it to attend a concert at the Olympia concert hall on Boulevard des Capucines, and it was incredibly convenient. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Opéra Garnier and very close to the Madeleine Metro station (Line 14), which is perfect for travelling to and from Paris Orly Airport.
The room is small, but it includes a small kitchenette, which I found very useful for making tea or coffee, and it also has a microwave and a fridge.
There is no reception desk, as everything is fully automated. You can check in independently, and there is no need to collect a key.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Unit 32 much better than Unit 31 less steps, less dangerous, had a stove top. Location great, close to shopping, restaurants and historical sites. Doll size house acceptable really for one person only.
Everything was small in size. Steps every where not for older or less mobile. Entry requires four different coded doors to enter. No staff assistance on site. No A/C big mistake for warm weather.
