An excellent, clean, and fully equipped apartment in a perfect location with easy access to everything.

The stay was excellent. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, including a stove, microwave, kettle, and more. Everything was clean, well-organized, and clearly well taken care of. Check-in was straightforward and easy. The best part is definitely the location — everything is within walking distance, and the metro station is just a few minutes away, making it incredibly convenient to get around.

Location; elevator to get to the apt; comfortable bedding; enough clean towels; kitchinette appliances. Heating worked very well. Support upon arrival to get into the building.

There was no complementary water bottle upon arrival nor cafe capsules though the cafe machine was available. If i had known this in advance i would have organised these things prior to arrival. The instructions to enter the building weren’t clear enough. I would recommend the wording ‘key button’ and not just ‘key’. The knob to enter the apts was nearly falling apart. The maintenance group should be at work more often. The window in the apt was difficult to close.

for two people, there was 1 blanket, 1 fork, 1 cup, and a minimum of hygiene products. . When we made our reservation on Booking, we paid the city tax, but the apartment management kept insisting that we should leave the money in cash when we checked out, even though I had sent them multiple emails confirming the payment of the city tax.

Good except for the bed, hard to sleep

Good kitchen and bathroom

When we got there the bed smelled like vomit, we had to sleep the first night without the blanket as we realised most of the smell was coming from there (although the sheets were quite stained too). On the second day the WS staff replied and said they would send someone to replace the blanket. They never came. Eventually after waiting a long time for a solution they finally gave us access to the laundry room so we could replace our blanket and sheets ourselves. Not the best service by making us do it ourselves but I guess it’s not a hotel, so should be expected. Regardless, the smell was rancid and shouldn’t have been there in the first place? And not being able to do anything about it until 30 hours after we checked in was quite poor. Also the hallway outside the apartment smells of vomit.

Pratique et bien situé pour un court séjour

Endroit très sécurisé, très propre, explications fournies très clair. Petit déjeuner livré devant la porte avant 7h (fruit, jus de fruits, dosette de café et 1 sachet de thé, 1 croissant, 1 petit pain, du beurre et de la confiture)

Le lit était surprenant : la moitié du lit est collé contre un mur. Pour accéder côté fenêtre, il y a 2 marches, le lit est donc posé à même le sol côté gauche, et monté sur cale + 2 pieds pour être bien horizontal. Comptez environ une hauteur de 80-90 cm pour monter sur le lit côté fenêtre (chambre 31). Pour les moins souples, il vaut mieux monter par le pied du lit et ramper 😁 SDB, l'entrée pour la douche et refermer la porte est compliquée également, si vous êtes un peu "enrobé" ça coince un peu"

Heel leuk en efficient ingerichte studio. Uitgebreid keukentje en erg schoon. Heldere instructies vooraf en makkelijk te vinden. Aanrader voor een reiziger alleen. Goed bereikbaar en prettige buurt.

Het is vrij gehorig. Aan de overkant van de straat wordt verbouwd (maar dat is natuurlijk op een zeker moment wel afgelopen) en je hoort de metro.

Dommage que des travaux de nuit aient dû être réalisés dans la rue sous la fenetre avec des grosses grues très bruyantes. J'ai cru comprendre que la façade du magasin Ikea qui est dans cette rue est en rénovation. Il faut parfois être compréhensif et accepté ces désagréments. Idéal pour travailler, studio très lumineux et silencieux. Et très sécurisé !

La ubicación es genial. La habitación es pequeña pero muy bien aprovechado el espacio. Hay que acostumbrarse a los escalones. Lo único incómodo es que el secador de pelo está en la pared bloqueando la puerta del baño, lo chocas casi siempre.... O tienes que hacer malabares. Lo demás es impecable, cuenta con cocina, microondas, heladera, vajilla, utensilios para cocinar. La atención del personal es muy rápida y amable, contestan los WhatsApp enseguida. La limpieza es impecable. Estuve en 17 Rue Duphot, piso 3, la habitación 33. La cama perfecta!!!

El baño es muy pequeño, la mampara hace que sea difícil entrar a la ducha. Y el secador de pelo ubicado bloqueando parte de la puerta del baño también hace difícil no chocarlo.

Gostamos da localização e facilidade para chegar ao bairro e ao quarto. Tudo muito bem organizado e limpo.

Não gostei da equipe que atende o whatsapp da acomodação. Pedi uma ajuda a eles para solicitar que um carro nos levasse ao aeroporto dia 19/09, fiz o pagamento de metade do valor e quando chegamos ao local indicado não havia ninguém. Depois descobrimos que eles marcaram com o carro dia 20/09, não dia 19/09 conforme solicitado. Até aí sem problemas, pedimos outro carro através de aplicativo e deu tudo certo. O grande problema está sendo no reembolso do valor pago. Faz mais de um mês que "estão aguardando o feedback do responsável pelo reembolso" e quando eu os questiono, é a mesma resposta: "Iremos responder assim que possível." Então em questão da acomodação em si, nada a reclamar! Mas tentem não depender da equipe de atendimento pois até hoje não nos reembolsaram!!!

Très bon séjour, très bien situé, facile d’accès par le métro.

Directement accessible par la ligne 14 pour ceux qui viennent de l’aéroport d’Orly, des gares de Lyon et Saint-Lazare. La rue est proche de la sortie 3 du métro Madeleine. Le personnel a rapidement résolu les problèmes mineurs apparus pendant le séjour. Le coin cuisine est parfaitement équipé. Entre le Louvre et la Tour Eiffel.

Il a fallu téléphoner pour pouvoir rentrer dans la chambre car les instructions pour composer les codes étaient imprécises. 4 codes à rentrer c’est contraignant mais c’est une question de sécurité. Il a également fallu demander des instructions pour utiliser le coffre fort.

La struttura è in un ottima posizione

Cominciamo dalla descrizione dell’ alloggio. Da informazioni su Booking sembrerebbe di acquistare un monolocale con bagno privato e balcone. Il bagno in realtà si compone di due vani, uno per la doccia e uno per il water ed entrambi sono molto angusti e non erano granché puliti. Il sapone mancava del tutto. Gli asciugamani erano lisi e non si sono mai asciugati dopo il primo utilizzo. La camera viene affittata come camera con balcone, mentre si tratta di un balcone alla francese (n.b. Booking), ovvero una finestra con un parapetto metallico. Il palazzo all’interno del quale si trova l’hotel all’esterno si presenta bene, una volta entrati si viene accolti da tubazioni scoperte, fili elettrici fuori dai muri e aggrovigli di cavi. Tutti penzolanti a vista. Il palazzo ha un odore spiacevole (urine animali) che sembra provenire da un appartamento al piano sotto quello dell albergo, che è murato. Non vi è personale in vista, non viene nessuno a rifare la camera o anche solo a lasciare asciugamani puliti e finalmente metterci il sapone. Nonostante la bellissima posizione, devo avvisarvi che la camera NON è insonorizzata e affaccia su una strada dove alle ore 6/8 di ogni mattina anche weekend vi è scarico e carico di merce. A limitare le ore di sonno si aggiunge anche la temperatura della camera che non si può regolare, e che la notte porta il monolocale a bollore (specifico che aprendo la finestra per rinfrescarsi verrete svegliati dalle attività di carico scarico, quindi se volete dormire poco e male e il posto perfetto).
