Everything!!! The location was amazing, the hotel and staff were incredible!! Stanley at the front desk was super helpful, kind and welcoming!! There were several wonderful cafes right when you walk out the door and a large metro station that is super close. I would stay here again without hesitation!!

The housekeeping team did an excellent job. The room was spotless every day, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Diptyque bathroom amenities were a lovely touch and made the stay feel more luxurious. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and metro stations. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Location is fantastic. Guy in reception who is from Azerbaijan was so helpful , kind and try to fix all problems. I hope he will have success in his career , just bcs of him I give fair point to this hotel. Thanks to him.

The price-to-value ratio is very poor. For these prices, there are much cleaner and much nicer hotels with balcony rooms where you can truly enjoy the Paris view. The hotel is not as new as it looks in the photos; it is actually quite old. Also, the rooms are not very clean. Most likely, the laundry area and the kitchen are in the same place. All the bathrobes and towels that were replaced smelled like oil — the same oils you notice during the famous breakfast. The room had no view; it was dark and gloomy. I also mentioned that I cannot sleep on soft pillows and asked if they had a firmer option, but they said they only have one type of pillow. Strange. Overall, I was not satisfied because I have stayed in much more fantastic and higher-quality hotels in Paris for much better prices. The price-performance ratio is extremely poor — trust me.
