Everything! Comfy beds, great service and tasty food!
Breakfast just not 5 star hotel. Eggs especially- very bad. Poor selection of breakfast healthy foods. No typical Parisian breakfast!

A spacious clean room with a very comfortable bed. This was excellently situated for walking around Paris for both sightseeing and restaurants.
The price was high but I guess it is what one needs to pay in Paris for somewhere of this quality.

The location is great!
The hotel wasn’t fully renovated and this is clearly visible by the lobby as well as the rooms. Paint work is chipped and tired, AC controls are dirty, and bathroom tiles are shaky and grout chipped throughout. The hotel nightly rate was around €650 and sadly this was not worth the money. The staff is unmotivated and not particularly on it - this was shown when I received a delivery of shoes I had bought from a store nearby and nobody notified me that the delivery was made and nobody thought necessary to bring up the parcel to our room. Bedding is not nice and pillows are not fit for a 5 star hotel - they are limp, underfilled, and we had to ask for 2 down filled pillows in order to sleep. For the price, there is much better in Paris!
