We were told to stay near the Opera. Great location

Location good, clean and breakfast sufficient
Issues with room. Booked a suite for extra room for suitcases to open easily. Couch was made into a bed and only 2 of us. Toilet kept running and then stopped flushing for awhile then started working again. No top sheet put on bed even though requested. Came back to room and portable fan in room and air on turned off.

Clean and comfortable
Our room was on the fifth floor. I explained I can’t use elevators but wasn’t offered a room on a lower floor. I struggled with all the stairs.
