Great place for our stay in Paris.

The location was great, very close to lines 6 and 12 of the metro (which connect most of the main tourist attractions) and easy to reach from the airport. Supermarkets, cafés and boulangeries all around. Well equipped kitchen. Separated bedroom with comfortable mattress (on the tougher side, which we really prefer). Dishwasher and washing machine, which was a plus for us since we had a 2yo. Good bathroom, great heating and perfect blackouts. One of the best apartments we've had on our travels. Also, dealing with the host was easy and quickly solved our issues - early check-in and the delivery of the crib to the room.

I can keep going back.

The location is perfect. It is a very peaceful neighborhood. You can see the Eiffel. We walked to the Shrine of the Miraculous medal. It's a two-minute walk to the Metro. It's one Metro ride to Sacre Coeurs. There's a grocery/supermarket bout three minutes away. There are restaurants around. You can walk to Montparnasse where you can find more restaurants.

Excellent location and amenities. The host was always very kind and extremely helpful, which is highly appreciated. I would definitively visit again and recommend it for a nice and convenient stay in Paris.

Insanely hot

Small but well renovated and clean.

The place was insanely hot. The fans are not enough, it needs air-conditioning, nothing else will solve the problem. Getting the keys was a problem, the host did not react to my mails and when I called provided some absurd excuse.

We had a lovely stay at Volontaires. The apartment was very compact and was fully kitted out with all the essential items needed for a short break. It was very clean and situated in a great location and so handy for the Metro.

Overall everything is good

The room is small, as described. We folded the sofa every day, so it was comfortable to sit at the table. Close to the metro. There are many cafes around, where we had dinner. We liked it

The only downside is that there is little space for drying clothes.

Great apartment in a good placement

Really nice Apartment placement, you can even see the Eiffel tower from the top of the street) Near apartment there are good places to eat, and drink coffee Apartment has all you need, towels, dishes in the kitchen, also washing machine available. What was great, that there hairdryer and even an iron were, that was really something that you always need, but some hotels didn't provide

TV and ceiling fan weren't working, but, we didn't need them in any way, so that wasn't a big deal

Amazing

Amazing location, metro 2 minutes away or 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, host is great, let us come in a bit earlier. The room and facility in general is clean, it has all you need for a sleepover

Comparing the size of the room, the one that doesn't have a bed but an expandable couch, I'd say just a bit overpriced, but all in all, it was good. This shouldn't be a problem if you're just using it for sleep and breakfast.

All was good, the unit was on a top floor without elevator, and with a toddler and stroller it was a challenge but it worked

Room is different from images. Read carefully comments!

The room was smaller than on the image! It is veeeery small apartment on 1-st floor. And bed was awful, it is actually not a bed - it is sofa. It is good for short stay: 1-2 days and alone. The property was clean. But I want to understand where I am going before I am entering the room, it was totally not clear from booking profile photos.

Very well equipped, pleasant stay in Paris

I stayed at the apartment for 4 nights. It's small but very well distributed, it was perfect for 3 people. It's on a quiet street with huge windows with lots of sunlight. Everywhere was spotless clean, the kitchen appliances were high quality, appreciated the dishwasher too. The sofa bed was easy to fold and unfold, yet comfortable. The heating system was good too. The location is perfect for someone who wants to be able to walk to the attractions in south side out Paris but stay away from the tourist area. Tons of nice cafes, bakeries and supermarkets nearby.

I knew about it so for me it wasn't a problem but the spiral stairs to the second floor is not for big heavy luggages.

Muy lindo. Es pequeño pero acogedor. Esta bien equipado. Cama y sofa cama comodos (eramos 4 adultos). Muy buena ubicación.

No llegaba la señal de wifi a la habitación, teniamos que estar en el living/cocina para tener señal. Al ser 4 y bañarnos uno atras del otro, el ultimo se bañaba con agua fria.

Μικρό αλλά βολικό για 2 άτομα, χωρίς να του λείπει κάτι. Πολύ κοντά στον πύργο του Άιφελ και σε 2 στάσεις μετρό!!

Το κρεβάτι ήταν καναπές που άνοιγε, οπότε δεν ήταν και πολύ άνετο!

Prekrasan stan na krasnoj lokaciji

Lijepa komunikacija s vlasnikom. Krasan stan, dobro opremljen na super lokaciji. Oduševljeni smo. Za dvoje odraslih i dvoje djece sasvim ok. Ako se vratimo u Pariz, opet cemo tu odsjesti.

Excellent emplacement, studio fonctionnel avec un ensemble d’électroménager pour gérer les périodes de canicules. situé au rez de chaussée nous n’avons rencontrées aucuns soucis grâce à la fenêtre haute et aux protections de celle ci. quartier calme et secure literie super et grande télé si on devait revenir on choisirait de nouveau ce logement

Nada, chegamos na acomodação às 23:55 com crianças e não tinha ninguém para nos atender, sendo que o horário de check-in era até as 0:00, ligamos na Booking e mandaram esperar…

Descaso total, desde que fizemos a reserva comecei a mandar mensagem ao anfitrião, porém sem sucesso, nos deixaram na rua, aliás ainda estamos na rua

Unica nota positiva, la vicinanza alla metro, la flessibilità del check in e check out

Convinta ad andare per via delle recensioni, beh TERRIBILE! NON ANDATE! Non so come sia abituata la gente ma ho trovato TUTTO scomodo. 2 piani senza ascensore, dovrai portarti le valigie su e giù in scale ripidi, sono anche caduta 2 volte. Non è presente aria condizionata in casa, in piena estate è un inferno viverci, è una cappa di calore perché non è presente neanche un climatizzatore portatile ma solo un misero ventilatore che non fa aria. La stanza è grande 15 mq e forse anche meno, davvero CLAUSTROFOBICO! Non so come sia legale affittare stanze così piccole. Se qualcuno dorme un altra persona è impossibilitata a muoversi nella stanza perché il divano letto prende l’intera stanza! Mi sono lamentata con la struttura perché non c’era abbastanza ventilazione e c’era troppo caldo (soffro di pressione bassa) ma non ha saputo fornirmi nessun aiuto, non mi è venuta per niente incontro, mi ha solo fatto trovare un altro misero ventilatore inutile nella stanza. Ho trovato 3 ragni, tra cui uno nell’armadio in mezzo ai vestiti appena posati. Come ciliegina sulla torta, ultimo giorno in mattinata volevo riposare ma senza essere stata avvertita c’era un cantiere nel palazzo con rumore di trapani e martello. Sconsiglierò a chiunque conosca di andarci

Помешкання чудово розташоване. Легко знайти. Метро 6/12 в 5 хв пішки . З будинку видно Ейфелеву вежу. Квартира чиста, зручне ліжко - диван, прекрасний вид з вікна. Є все необхідне. Єдиний момент наша квартира була маленька, але ми це знали, обираючи її . Попри це, перебування було чудове . Також дуже приємна господиня , нам дозволили раніше заселятись та пізніше виселитися. Дуже дякую !

Scale un po’ ripide per salire al secondo piano ma si fanno poche volte al giorno.
