In the center of Paris, independent apartment adjoining our residence where we usually welcome family and friends. Building with a beautiful centennial garden. Apartment very bright and crossing. On the 1st floor.

Spacious and well equipped with 4 beds with a garden room (sofa bed and hotel quality bedding 4 *). Double glazed windows. Living room with fitted kitchen (washing machines, micro-wave oven, extractor, induction plates ....). Separate toilet area. Beautiful shower room. Sheets and towels provided.

Great place to stay for our week in Paris. The place was impeccably clean, new, and had all the necessities for our stay. Isabelle was very friendly and met us when we arrived and showed us around the place. Great location, within walking distance of la Tour Eiffel and Les Invalides, close metro stations, restaurants, boulangerie, and grocery store. The street was a little louder than we would have liked, but we were in Paris, so it really didn’t matter! Appreciated the restaurant recommendations that Isabelle left. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The hosts are attentive and very accomdating. The apartment is very well-maintained and well-equipped. The neighbourhood is safe and calm. Transport to city centre is convenient as Volontaires metro station is just 8 minutes walk away.

After a whirlwind tour of France, coming to stay at Isabel and Laurent's apartment was so relaxing, peaceful and rejuvenating. Isabel was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour. It had everything we needed and was even cozier than the pictures suggested it would be. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Windows opening to the street and to the garden gave it a lovely cross breeze. My daughter slept well on the sofa bed and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The street could get a bit noisy in the evening, but it always quietened down by about 11pm. It's only about a 6 to 8 minute walk to either the Volontaires or Pasteur metro station, and there is a Carrefour market right beside the building. Also, just across the street is a wonderful boulangerie where we would grab our daily pain au chocolat and croissants! Isabel and Laurent are absolutely lovely hosts. I can't wait until I have the opportunity to return to Paris and I will definitely want to stay at their apartment again!

Isobel is the perfect host. Everything was as the post presented. Clean, bright and everything that you would need for a pleasant visit. It’s a residential area, so it was quiet and safe. 2 blocks to the metro station. Grocery store literally 20 steps away. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries close by. I would definitely stay there again.

I've rented many apartments in Paris and Isabelle's was one of the best ever and a value for the money. Clean, modern, big bedroom and very well equipeed, it has everything you need. There is a grocery store next store and many transportaion links. If you want to experience living like a Parisian I highly recommend this apartmment. Plus, Isabelle went out of her way as a host when I had an issue. She deserves her 5 star reviews.

A great little apartment, well situated and very well appointed. The beautiful courtyard was an oasis of calm in the city. Everything you might need was available, and it was wonderful to have a dishwasher, laundry machine and Nespresso machine. this place was perfect for my trip. its exactly as described, and a little more! great bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, fans at the ready for a heat wave. the garden is blissful, neighborhood is full of markets and restaurants. if you're a light sleeper and in the front room you might need ear plugs as the street is a bit loud. dont let this distract you though from a truly great property.

This apartment is attractive, well equipped, and immaculate. The bedroom overlooks a leafy garden courtyard and is country-quiet in the middle of the city. The neighborhood is mostly residential, but there are plenty of parks, outdoor markets, and nice restaurants nearby, and excellent bus and Metro service to anywhere in the city. We felt we had a taste of really living in Paris! Isabelle, the property manager, is very efficient and a pleasure to work with. This is our second stay in the apartment, and we will certainly go again.

My husband and I were interested in spending two weeks in Paris and thought a VRBO would be the best option. A previous host from Nimes suggested we always stay at a Premier Host designated site. We followed his recommendations and found Isabelle's apartment. The online pictures do not do the space justice. It is much larger than indicated and it was a perfect site for all our adventures. The apartment is not just clean and light filled, but generously furnished with everything a long term guest needs. We enjoyed visiting the twice weekly market for our fruits and vegetables and the various bakeries for our morning pain au chocolat. I began the day with an expresso and ended with herbal tea thanks to her appliances. There were three grocery stores chain stores in close proximity and the Volotaraires metro stop was seven minutes away. We wanted to stay in a non tourist area, but in a location easily accessible to all the major sites. The eat-in kitchen and living room provided plenty of space and true separation from the back bedroom. The shower was a dream, large, spotless and plenty of hot, hot water. I could rhapsodize about the bed. I am a poor sleeper on trips, but this bed was DIVINE! It had the perfect firmness and I awoke refreshed every morning. The bedroom is located on the back of the Eiffel constructed building and overlooks a garden. We never heard traffic noise. I anticipate a return to Paris and this is where I will stay.

Really sweet little apartment. A good mix of being well and centrally situated and at the same time with the quiet and local atmosphere of the neighbourhood I stayed there a month due to work. And there was very much room for 1 person but also sufficiently room for 4-5 when my family visited me.

My husband and I just stayed one week in Isabelle's apartment. It was truly one of the best places we have ever rented in Paris or anywhere. The apartment is very modern, well appointed, with everything one needs...the bedroom faces an inner courtyard and garden which is very charming and peaceful. The bed is very comfortable with high-end quality sheets and comforter, the bedroom has a lot of space to hang clothing and a great book collection on the shelf. The bathroom is small but the shower is modern with great water pressure. My cousin who lives in the south of France came to stay with us for the whole week and she said the sofa bed in the living room was extremely comfortable. The open kitchen is fully equipped with espresso machine, tea kettle and all the necessities so you don't have to buy essential things like sugar, salt, etc...There is a grocery store literally next door which is very convenient, bakery down the street and the apartment is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Rue de Vaugirard and the Volontaires metro station. Isabelle was very welcoming and lives right across the hall, and was quick to answer any questions by text or telephone. I highly recommend's Isabelle's place and would stay there again on another visit to Paris.

Isabelle’s place is so wonderfully comfortable and clean. Not only is there a lovely spacious bedroom with plenty of space to hang and store clothing, there is also a nice salon/living room area to sit and relax at the end of the day. The kitchen has everything needed including a dishwasher, plenty of dishes and silverware, a large fridge a nespresso, toaster, plus a small bar area to sit and eat (or work in my case). It was absolutely perfect for my business trip to Paris. Two metro stops close by allow easy navigation to anywhere in the city. There is a market (carrefour) right next to the building. Isabelle was so friendly and welcoming and available for any questions I might have. She allowed me to store my luggage until the apartment was ready for check in. I would LOVE to stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay in this apartment, around 6-9 minutes from a train/metropolitan station (depending on where you want to go), the Eiffel tower is a 30 minute walk away. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet, not too loud, and there is a supermarket right next door which was super convenient.

Our stay here was perfect. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed and very attractive. The bedroom overlooks a leafy, quiet garden. The neighborhood is just far enough off the tourist track to provide a real Paris experience, but subway and bus connections are close by and easy to use. The flat was very clean with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed in a quiet room facing a beautiful garden in the back. Isabel met us right at the entry door to the building. We were a tad early. She was just returning from a run. The flat was a perfect set up for our situation. There were four of us traveling. The couple stayed in the bedroom and we shared a fold out couch in the front room. The flat was very modern. We did not use the stove or microwave. We did not have to use anything since we were surrounded by so many wonderful places to eat. We enjoyed cafe or wine or a meal at just about any time of the day. There were several markets near by. The metro was about a six minute walk. If you choose this location you will be very happy

Remodeled and very efficient space, very well equipped. Convenient location. Second floor apartment with very strong dead bolt locks in a safe neighborhood. Sofa bed is very comfortable for a third person. Transportation very close by. Air conditioning is not common in Paris and it was a warm month, but fans will help. Isabelle is a very helpful host. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely apartment! Laurent met us before our scheduled check-in time to allow us to store our luggage and give us a quick tour. The apartment is cozy but lacking nothing. Everything was updated and very clean, including extra linens and a fan to keep us cool during the warm summer weather. Isabelle was quick to communicate with us and very accommodating when I realized that I had the dates wrong. She and Laurent were able to let us stay an extra night with no hassle at all. The location was perfect for us. Montparnasse is a bit quiet, but that was fine. The bedroom windows open to a courtyard that is both lovely and quiet. We were even able to get a good night’s rest following France’s World Cup victory! I can highly recommend the property and its owners. You will not be disappointed!

We were delighted with our stay. Our welcome by Laurent was heartfelt, informative, and welcoming. We were treated with warmth and it was personal. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, grocery shopping, and short trips to great attractions. The apartment is comfortable, has a good amount of space, clean, safe, attractive and well appointed. The courtyard off of the bedroom is beautiful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we are fortunate enough to return to Paris we would try to stay here again. Isabelle and Laurent were great hosts. We loved our stay.

Great communication that the host wouldn’t be there to greet us due to a work emergency. Don’t judge a book by its cover - inside the building is just beautiful! Lovely tiled floor and beautiful wooden staircase. The apartment is light filled and spacious with a well appointed kitchen - WITH A NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE, dishwasher, washer, cooktop and microwave. The bedroom with adjoining shower room is spacious with lots of cupboards and a view out to the courtyard. Our host greeted us warmly after the work emergency and luckily, she lives next door so could turn the smoke alarm off when my cooking got too smoky! Walking distance to metro and a bus stop right outside the door. The only downside is that the street is a little noisy when the living room windows are open, but you get used to it.

Isabelle and Laurent were great hosts in a great flat. Laurent spent more than 30 minutes with us mostly talking about local restaurants, sites, and things to do and see. He recommended a shuttle back to the airport and that worked out perfectly at 6:30 AM. The flat is a very modern and clean flat for a family of 4. Our two boys, ages 15 and 18, shared a pull out sofa bed while the parents had their own room. The flat had a lovely courtyard and the back bedroom was quiet and inviting. We would highly recommend this flat and location, a few blocks from the Metro, with many nice local restaurants.

Area is good, safe, not far from metro, restaurants. Grocery, bakery within a few steps. Easy to go anywhere in Paris. One thing could be improved. Bath towels did not smell good, needed more thorough wash. I would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely flat in Paris in early May, 2017, and were extremely pleased with our choice. Arondissement 15 (Monparnesse neighborhood) is a good location, and is within walking distance of the Seine, Louvre, D'Orsay, Luxembourg gardens, the Catacombs and much more. In fact, we took the Metro only once during our stay, and walked all over town, including across the river all the way to Montmarte. Isabelle was a superb host who made sure we understood everything about the flat and its use; coffee maker, heater, windows, the central courtyard, keys, etc. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine and enough espresso coffee cartridges to provide us with a warm and appreciated welcome. In summary, when we return to Paris (this was our first visit), we know where we will be staying. This place is perfect! Thank you Isabelle and family.
