Near Eiffel Tower

Great location, so near the Eiffel Tower had a lovely feel to it felt like a safe area and in a private courtyard which is great for quietness, everything you need for a short stay in Paris, very near to bakeries, bistros and general stores. Great communication from owner, instructions clear. Good value for money.
The electrics were terrible and didn’t feel very safe. You can hear the metro- we were lucky because line 12 was shut near us whilst we were there but the first few hours it was open and you can hear them. The bathroom was a bit dirty with dirt around pipes in corners.

L'emplacement de la location avec le métro en face.
La cour de l'immeuble est très agréable.
Le lit mezzanine qui fait du logement 2 espaces couchage bien distincts.
Logement sale sol, cuisine et armoire, tapis douteux. Dans le placard, du linge sale , le mobilier ( table et chaises) de très mauvaise qualité, vaisselle dépareillé et il manque couteau à légumes, des ciseaux ... casserole trop petite, poubelle cassée.
Il est très facile de pénétrer dans le logement par effraction : fenêtre et porte d'entrée pas sécurisantes.
Peinture murale à refaire ( trace, eclat) sans déborder sur les vitres !
Logement meublé avec des meubles que l'on ne veut plus ou pas cher.
