Emplacement au cœur du 15e très agréable. Belle proximité de montparnasse et champs de Mars. Appartement lumineux et intelligemment agencé. Très calme.
Commode dans un état passable. Un tiroir sur 2 qui ne ferme pas. J aurais apprécié un logement un peu plus grand.

Sanitaires, linge fourni, vaisselle et équipements fournis : très propres Sols du studio : propreté laissant à désirer (peut-être s'agit-il d'un oubli puisque le reste était parfait mais nous avons été obligés de nettoyer les sols). L'annonce ne précise pas que le studio peut ne pas convenir à des personnes de forte corpulence. L'accès aux sanitaires et salle de bain est très étroit, ainsi que celui au lit.
