The location and amenities were really good
The flat and especially the bathroom is old and requires the renovation, there was even a cockroach, the walls are thin and you here the Neighbours too much

Ubicación perfecta. El apartamento bien equipado, incluso pequeños detalles como aceite, gominolas, café.

We have had a very pleasant stay. Room facilities and amenities are all good, and well provided. Easy to check-in. Location was great. All the big supermarkets, bakery, shops were just outside of apartment. And it is convenient to explore city, as it has well connected transport system to city center. Street is also nice, typical parisian style neighbourhood, and safe to walk at night.
There was a small problem with leaking water in bathroom. Could be fixed easily.

Location and access is good.
Bathroom needs to be refreshed. Only one wine glass and it was broken. Elevator cannot go to 4th floor. Main building door handle broken.

"Good, clear instructions from host. Nice quiet flat. Clean and tidy. Had facilities for me to make meals. Close to the metro system. Easy to get from CDG or Orly by train. Plenty of cafes an shops..."
