We have had a very pleasant stay. Room facilities and amenities are all good, and well provided. Easy to check-in. Location was great. All the big supermarkets, bakery, shops were just outside of apartment. And it is convenient to explore city, as it has well connected transport system to city center. Street is also nice, typical parisian style neighbourhood, and safe to walk at night.

There was a small problem with leaking water in bathroom. Could be fixed easily.

We drove into Paris and had no problem finding parking on Rue Jean Daudin, the road across from the building. We also used the metro. The closest station was a mere three minutes walk. After reading previous reviews, I was worried the lift wasn't working but when we were there, it was operating just fine. Also very kind of management to have the fan running so the room was cool when we arrived. The bathroom was not modern but functional, even if you have to hold the shower handle. Overall, we were very satisfied for the price we paid and would consider this place again, but mindful that it is on the fourth floor with just a fan and no AC, could be uncomfortable during heatwave. For perspective, we were fine that weekend it was 30-33C daytime and 16-18C nighttime.

I messaged the management team but didn't get a response. The cable box didn't work, even after following the apartment guide's instructions. Wifi worked at times. We didn't cook so cannot determine how functional it is. I did buy watermelon to have something refreshing during the warm summer days but could not find a cutting board nor a kitchen knife. I used a plate and cutleries instead.

Location and access is good.

Bathroom needs to be refreshed. Only one wine glass and it was broken. Elevator cannot go to 4th floor. Main building door handle broken.
