La propreté, l’aménagement des lieux, le confort de la literie, les installations dans la cuisine, le quartier vivant (plusieurs petits supermarchés).
Quelques défauts d’entretien (des bricoles ici et là), le bruit qui se diffuse très facilement quand un voisin entre ou sort de son appart. Ascenseur en panne, digicode ne fonctionne pas à la porte d’entrée (non sécurisée).

ロケーションはとても良かったです。地下鉄の駅も近くに２駅あり、どちらも主要観光スポットへ行くのにとても便利です。徒歩圏内に３店舗以上のスーパーマーケットがあります。今回治安を最優先にしたので、そういう意味では安心で便利な場所でした。
エレベーターが時々故障し、使えない時があります。
洗濯機に乾燥機はついてません。
TVの使い方がよく分からず、結局YouTubeしか見ませんでした（YouTube、AmazonPrime,Netflixは使えます）
チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれる安全な場所が徒歩圏内にあればありがたいなと感じました。
