The kitchen has nice facilities. The balcony is nice, and the rooms were spacious.
The toilet is small, so not so good for tall people. Could do with another chair on the balcony so 2 people can sit at the table together

El baño tenía un olor a desagüe permanente Además la cocina y baño no contaban con ningún elemento como detergente para la loza, servilletas, jabón, shampoo etc

Localização é boa, Tem restaurantes e mercados próximo do apartamento, além de estar localizado ao lado de um metrô e há 20 minutos da torre Eiffel.
Apartamento é antigo, o piso de taco faz barulho quando caminhamos, o que gera incomodo aos vizinhos e são passíveis de reclamação. Meu filho de 1 ano ao andar e cair fazia barulho, o vizinho reclamava, péssima experiência. Outros pontos ruins são o banheiro que é minúsculo e o elevador que mal cabe as malas, e no meu caso que tinha carrinho de bebê, ficava ainda pior.
