Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, Nahe von Metrostationen, vom Eiffelturm. Die Wohnung war sauber, Austausch mit Vermieter gut. Der Balkon war auch positiv. Dank den elektrischen Storen konnte man die Wohnung gut abdunkeln und vor Lärm schützen.
Leider entsprechen die Fotos nicht der tatsächlichen Wohnung, diese ist weniger schön! Wie abgebildet gab es keine Nespresso Maschine. Die Hauptsicherung ist immer wieder ausgefallen, keinen Wasserablauf (Küche, Bad, Badewanne) konnte man schliessen. Schade, mit wenig Aufwand und Kosten könnte man in der Wohnung einiges verbessern.
