Very nice!

I recommend this place. It is really very close to the Eiffel Tower, and you can easily walk to many tourist attractions. The apartment conditions are very good: hot water, heating, and cleanliness. The host was also very communicative, and we did not encounter any problems at all. We will definitely choose the same place again in the future.

Good location but limited in fundamentals

The location was excellent. 15 mins way walk to Eiffel Tower. The heaters did work.

It doesn’t sleep more than 2 comfortably, the white sofa is missing, there are not enough cups, no knives, no coffee for the machine or tea towel. The kitchen is there but hard to use as there isn’t enough provided. The tv doesn’t work (no signal) I would also note it’s up 3 flights of stairs, my mum doesn’t walk so well so found this difficult.

Very unpleasant

Location is perfect.

We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but there were only 2 blankets provided. When we asked for an extra one, the host said he would check and bring it the next day — but he never did. Later that evening, when we started setting up the sofa bed, I noticed the sheet was stained with what was clearly human semen. I sent a photo to the host, who insisted everything was fine and that the bedding was clean, promising to bring new sheets the next day. He never did and stopped responding to messages. We ended up having to sleep on towels. The sofa itself was very hard and uncomfortable. The toilet brush was broken, the radiators didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work either. Definitely not worth the money, even considering the location.

Lovely apartment, great location, would stay again

The apartment was excellent for our family needs, great location, walkable to Eiffel Tower, cafes, bakery and shop near by. Would be if it from a little welcome pack, hand soap, maybe a complementary coffee pod for the coffee machine, we were only staying for 1 night so didn’t want to buy lots of supplies

Хотелось бы с дороги помыть руки , а средст никаких нет . Доукомплектуйте кухню , диваны не удобные .

Понравилось место расположение от эйфелевой башни 10 мин. рядом магазины и кафе. Квартира хорошая, было тепло , не шумный район.

Не работал телевизор и не была предоставлена детская кроватка. При регистрации я указывала что маленький ребенок и нужна кровать. Также при засилении хозяин сказал что подумает и больше ни каких действий . Кровать так и не предоставили . Так же с телевизором, ни кто не отреагировал. По кухне мало посуды , всего одна кастрюля и сковорода без крышек , нет ножа ( только столовые приборы ) Диваны не удобные , раскладывается один, но он очень твердый и странный.

Tolle Lage und optimierbare Ausstattung.

Die Lage war der absolute Hammer! ein paar hundert Meter vom Eiffelturm, ein toller Bäcker um die Ecke und die Metrostation Dupleix vor der Tür.

Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, wenn man darauf angewiesen ist. Bspw fehlt ein Flaschenöffner, ein Geschirrtuch. Außerdem war das dritte Bett nicht vorbereitet und wir haben dann selbst schnell ein Sofa beziehen müssen.

Great location but a few issues with the amenities and host contact could’ve been smoother.

Good spot, 10 mins from the Eiffel Tower. Clean, quiet, and handy for getting around. Would stay again just for the location.

Sofa bed was a bit small and tricky to unfold properly. TV didn’t work, one radiator was off, and the bathroom sink drained slow. Would’ve been better if someone was there in person - only had WhatsApp contact with the host.

Good location and friendly host.

The washing machine was hard to operate and no dryer option. There was no detergent provided. Coffee machine was there but no coffee pods. Paper towel not provided.

La ubicación y la chica de la limpieza muy formal

Los anfitriones y/o jefes muy groseros, exactamente una señora a la cual no conocí debido a que fue por llamada, fue muy agresiva, alterada y usó un tono para nada profesional; esto por haber salido del hospedaje una hora mas tarde, incidente en el que debimos pagar (no tuvimos problema en pagarlo ya que por un imprevisto nos retrasamos dicha hora) pero no fue el trato adecuado.

Un séjour à la parisienne

C'est un joli petit appartement au style parisien. Très bien situé aux alentours de la Tour Eiffel, dans un quartier calme et bien desservi. Pour la voiture nous avons trouvé un parking sous-terrain privé à deux pas avec Zenpark pour des locations longues durée. Un accueil à distance mais agréable, notre séjour c'est bien passé.

-De klantvriendelijkheid van de host, door problemen met mijn bankkaart toch alles in orde gebracht voor een aangenaam verblijf. (2 kinderen en 1 volwassene) -De locatie is naar mijn mening (prijs/kwaliteit) ideaal om Parijs te ontdekken, vrij rustige omgeving, op wandelafstand van de Eiffeltoren en dichtbij metro, bakker om de hoek, nacht/avondwinkel in de straat... -De accommodatie ook zeer proper en alles voorzien wat nodig is, voldoende lichtinval...

Het was super goed en heel mooi het was dichtbij de eifel toren en de metros waren schoon en heel netjes de meneer van het huis was aardig en netjes gaf ons extra tijdjes en andere dingen
