Excellent value for paris given you dont mind its minor drawbacks.

Although we liked the property in general, especially the location, basic amenities like toilet paper was missing, the bathroom smelled bad and the supplied heaters barely worked, so it was quite cold. Also the windows dont seal properly making it colder still.

We were originally booked at a different property but, due to a water leak, we were moved to this one. It was nice that they allowed us to check in early, and the cleaner we met during arrival was very kind and welcoming. We really appreciated the elevator since we were on the top floor, and the big mirror downstairs was such a nice touch. we made it part of our routine to take a group photo there every time we left. Another bonus was the noodle shop right next door, which became our go-to spot whenever we got hungry.

The facilities themselves could use improvement—especially the ventilation. There was a portable AC unit provided, but it acted more like a fan than an actual AC and didn’t cool the space effectively. Even with all the windows open, the heat was almost unbearable. We ended up buying fans just to be able to sleep at night. The beds could also use an upgrade for more comfort, as they’ve clearly seen better days. I understand that the days we stayed happened to be particularly hot, which didn’t help, but upgrading the cooling system and beds would make a big difference for future guests.

Il riscaldamento fisso è presente ma non funzionante. Dei tre radiatori mobili elettrici disponibili solo uno era funzionante, il secondo era piccolo e rumoroso, il terzo non funzionava. Le vetrate sono sottili e scarsamente sigillate: ci sono evidenti spifferi.

Compte tenu du prix payé pour une nuitée, le logement aurait dû être correctement chauffé.

L’appartement était propre, mais nécessite une rénovation complète. Points positifs : des serviettes propres, du shampoing et du savon étaient fournis. Le linge de lit était propre et l’appartement était globalement nettoyé en surface. La propriétaire était polie et accueillante.

La fenêtre de la cuisine n’était pas étanche et laissait fortement passer l’air. Le chauffage fonctionnait uniquement dans la salle de bain ; il était absent dans les autres pièces, ce qui rendait l’appartement très froid. Trois chauffages d’appoint étaient fournis, mais deux ne fonctionnaient pas (le disjoncteur sautait) et le troisième était peu efficace. La nuit s’est donc déroulée dans le froid. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché, l’eau s’écoulait mal. Les produits de base pour la cuisine (sucre, sel), habituellement présents dans ce type de logement, étaient absents.

L’emplacement. La surface de l’appartement.

L’appartement n’est pas très propre, sol qui colle, vaisselle sale, poeles grasses... Prise électrique à moitié arrachée, cabine de douche pas étanche. Très bruyant, fenêtres qui ne se ferment pas complètement. Nous étions 5 et il n’y avait pas assez de couverts pour tout le monde. Il était annoncé ventilateur, nous n’avions rien. Nous avons appelé la propriétaire et nous avons eu un ventilateur de table pour 5 personnes alors qu'il n’y a pas de climatisation.

Goede locatie, slecht appartement.

De locatie was mooi. Het appartement wat we geboekt hadden had een stroomstoring en werd pas na ons verblijf verholpen, waardoor de mevrouw van het appartement voor ons een andere accommodatie omgeboekt had. (Later zagen we op Booking.com dat die accomodatie goedkoper was, we hebben hier geen geld op teruggekregen).

Kauwgom in de slaapbank geplakt, zeer veel vlekken in de vloerbedekking, zeer gehorig, de slaapbank stonk behoorlijk.

Muy buena ubicación. Buen tamaño. Muy iluminado. Está bien para ir con familia sin grandes aspiraciones.

Necesita limpieza profunda, ducha, ventanas, etc. Algún mobiliario en mal estado, puertas de armario rotas... No tiene aire acondicionado y solo tenía un ventilador.

Najgorszy apartament w jakim byłem.

Dosłownie nic.

UWAGA na ten apartament. Brud , brak WiFi oraz telewizji , twarde łóżka , rozwalona sofa , poplamione krzesła, pękające ściany , za małe rolety przez co w pokojach nie jest ciemno. Brak pomocy od firmy a łóżeczko dziecięce za 20 euro za dzień to łóżeczko bez materaca i pościeli! Podróżuje z rodziną bardzo dużo ale takiego apartamentu jeszcze nigdy nie spotkałem. Brak jakiejkolwiek pomocy ze strony firmy! Żona i dziecko musiały iść spać do Hotelu obok. Szafa w sypialni której nawet nie da się otworzyć bo drzwi od razu lecą na ciebie. Straszny apartament!
