We are outraged by the deception and lack of proper service.

close location to the metro

The key box is difficult to open. I needed help from my neighbors. There was no gas supply. There was no hot water and it was not possible to cook food on a gas stove. The owner knew about this in advance, but very clumsily deceived us about his ignorance in this matter. And he accused us of breaking something, not knowing how to use a gas stove or a water tap. Then he explained that it takes time to resolve the issue, and the service that can fix it does not respond, or we have to wait in line. So we were left without gas and hot water for the entire duration of our stay. And we were traveling with children and the lack of hot water and hot food was very uncomfortable.

The location of the flat was good .

Dirty appartement floor not been clean ,the bathroom need a dip cleaning. We find moul and hair in the shower.dusty flat

Localização maravilhosa!

A localização é excelente, acertamos em cheio, ao lado tem Subway, Mc Donalds, mercados, muitos restaurantes e uma estação muito perto, do outro lado da rua o que facilitou muito! A área tbm super segura, nos sentimos muito bem devido a localizado, o apartamento em si não é tão completo e luxuoso mas pela localização voltaríamos com certeza, valeu muito a pena, apesar do apartamento ser simples nós atendeu muito bem!

O elevador cabe 1 ou duas pessoas, com mala é impossível, subimos escadas, o apartamento fica no 2 andar mas n fui um super problema p nós, ainda voltaríamos.

La propreté, très sale puisque les draps avaient des taches et des cheveux autant donnée pour les sols et la cuisine. Même les pensions pour chien sont plus propres.

Appartement bien localisé, spacieux et calme. Manque d'entretien général

Arrivée en autonomie et facile. Localisation du logement à 2 pas du métro, de la boulangerie, d'un Supermarché et de restaurants. Appartement calme, donnant sur cour et spacieux. Fonctionnel pour 6 personnes.

Le plus gros problème de l'appartement est le manque d'entretien. La poignée de la salle de bain est cassée (pas moyen de fermer la porte), idem pour la poignee de la porte d'entrée qui est inexistante (ouverture du loquet avec la clé de l'appartement sinon impossibilité de sortir). La table de cuisine est bancale, il manque un peu de vaisselles pour 6. Le lit de la chambre est de bonne qualité, en revanche le lit d'appoint du salon n'est pas de bon confort et de taille suffisante (convient pour des enfants à la limite). Taille et épaisseur des couettes un peu limite. Plaque de cuisson non nettoyée, trace de moisissures dans la douche

Nagyon jó ár-érték arány

Szuper elhelyezkedés, tágas lakás, ami hűs és csendes belső udvarra néz. 5en is kényelmesen elfértünk. Jól felszerelt, örültünk a mosó- és mosogatógépnek.

Szappan sajnos nem volt, a padló nem volt annyira tiszta.

Alojamiento sucio y asqueroso. No voy a perder el tiempo en comentar más que la mala atención por parte del anfitrión. Llegamos al alojamiento a las 21:00 de la noche y nos encontramos un sofá cama roto que según él había dejado el anterior...moho en el baño, mesa del salón inutilizable, insuficientes camas y sabanas.. Debería estar prohibido ofrecer algo tan engañoso.

Απαράδεκτο!!!! δεν αξιζε τα χρήματα του !!

Ηταν όντως κοντά στο μετρο είχε super market κοντά, φούρνο κ μαγαζία για φαγητο μέχρι αργά το βράδυ.

το κατάλυμα ήταν ακατάλληλο για διαμονή ειδικά με οικογένεια ήταν πάρα πάρα πολύ βρώμικο η τουαλέτα χάλια με μουχλα στο ντουζ ,σπασμένα ντουλάπια. (ενα θα πω οσες μερες μειναμε δεν κάναμε μπάνιο) να μη μιλήσουμε για σκόνη. το τραπέζι της κουζίνας έτοιμο να σπάσει δεν μπορούσε να ακουμπήσεις να φας . από εξοπλισμό κουζίνας είχε όλα τα σκεύη αλλά συχενοσουν να μαγειρέψεις. Εννοείται από σαπούνι, σαμπουν, αφρόλουτρο που έλεγε στις πληροφορίες δεν είχε ΤΊΠΟΤΑ !!!

Excelente para viajar en familia. Muy cómodo y con el Metro bien cerca

El departamento es muy cómodo amplio y confortable. Las habitaciones tienen todas calefacción individual por radiadores, incluso el baño. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. Pudimos cocinar comodamente. El barrio es muy tranquilo y pintoresco y el metro está a 50 metros. Eso nos permitió salir hasta tarde sin problema. Hay supermercados muy buenos cerca.

Lo único que le faltaba era una tostadora (usamos el horno en reemplazo). Si bien el metro está cerca, la mayoría de las atracciones de París quedan a unos 20~25 minutos de viaje.

Appartement voor 5 personen gehuurd met 2 bedden en 4 stoelen. De bank in keuken was zeer slecht. De bedden waren niet goed evenals het beddengoed, de hygiëne van alles was erg minimaal.

Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à joindre le propriétaire qui ne nous répondait même pas. Il n'y a aucune instructions ( allumer le chauffe-eau par exemple) L'appartement est prévu pour 5 à 6 personnes et il n'y a que 4 chaises.

Tisztaggal voltak i problémák. Csak felületesen volt takarítva. Bútórok némelyik inogott. Csomagok tovább mehöruésére nagyon rugalmatlan volt. Úgy,hogy nem ingyen kértük. De azért teljes szállásárat sem szerettünk volna fizetni.. De mindenhez nagyon sokat hozzátett,hogy minden 1-5 perces távoldágban volt.

Tiszraság. Mozgó bútorok. Csomagoknak nem megoldott őrzése,rugalmatlan kezelése. Fürfősuoba lelakott konyhai csap széthulloþt. Hűtő koszos.
