The location was fabulous. Easy to get to, easy to get around Paris, lots of great food options a mere half block away, and easy transportation to all parts of the city. Tight walk up turning stairs to get to room a couple stories up, but not really a problem. The space and main room were fine for fall, winter and spring.

There is no AC! We were there during a heat wave with only one broken fan that pointed downward. We needed the pullout couch in the living room for our group of 4, and it was impossible to sleep with only one fan, which we had to tie to the window bar to try to keep upright in one room. We ended up trying to figure out how to get four of us in one room with only two twin beds pushed together ("a queen") so that we all had some bit of air circulation. When we notified management, they suggested we could go buy a fan. If there is no AC, then at minimum, the property should provide two working fans, one for each room/space (the living room and the bedroom).The apartment could have been much cleaner than the superficial cleaning job that left dustballs and dirt on the floor. Check-in was not available at the time listed in the description at 3, but an hour later. This impacted the schedule we had planned, so I hope they changed the listing as we suggested. They were willing to let us keep luggage in the room while the cleaning crew worked on the space, though. With the simple fix of having fans, we would have been much happier with the whole experience.
