location was good, bit challenging to check in as the person that met us there did not speak any english but put her sister on the phone to translate. everything else was great. small place but very functional

The apartment wasn't very clean, the heat was not working in one of the rooms

Location was good. Right at the city center and quick access to malls and restaurants.
TV wasn’t working. Asked for assistance but no response. Home appliances were also not fit for use especially the electric kettle.
