L’appartement situé dans une cour est vraiment très calme ! Aucun bruit c’est assez exceptionnel dans Paris. J’ai eu besoin de mon réveil sinon la grasse matinée était de mise :)
Les explications très claires pour accéder à l’appartement et la disponibilité de la propriétaire.
L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé.
Le quartier la nuit, mais c’est le cas dans toutes les grandes villes proche d’une gare. J’étais seule avec mes enfants, nous ne sortions pas car je n’étais pas rassurée.
Cependant, nous nous sentions vraiment en sécurité dans l’appartement c’est le principal.

Cet appartement est propre et confortable. L’avantage d’être dans une cour c’est calme et sécurisé
RAS, il y à avait tout ce que l’on avait besoin ( me dentifrice, gel douche ext…un vrai +)
