Perfect for our family of five. So quiet, top floor. Didn’t get too hot even though it was 30 defreees all weekend. Modern bathroom and kitchen( although we didn’t cook as we ate out).
Really loved our stay- maybe more coat hangers, a key hook near the door, a coat rack near the door and some extra towel hooks in the bathroom as there were only three for 5 people. Everything else was 10/10.

The property was well arranged and up to date
It seems unfair to criticise but to make it entirely excellent I would have liked better quality bedding - all the linens and pillows are IKEA which is adequate but the pillows in particular not good quality.
I would note that in the bedroom there is a floorboard that is slightly splintered and could cause difficulties.
Otherwise it’s a great place to stay as long as you can’t cope with the little lift!

l'appartement est tres bien situé à coté du metro poissonniere .Il est calme car il donne dans une cour .Il est trés propre et bien décoré
le canapé lit n'est pas tres confortable et la table pour les repas tres petite pour 5 personnes
une casserole de plus serait bien venu ;
plutot fait pour un couple avec enfants
