Location, apartment was clean. Beds comfortable.
There is only 1 small ac for the whole apartment which also wasn’t working. We booked this apartment only because it said it was air conditioned. However on talking to the owner, they installed a portable ac which made our stay comfortable.

The space and rooms were good sizes for Paris. The apartment is conveniently located. The hosts were responsive and meet us to give us the keys. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Overall, I found it very expensive for a large room with no hotel facilities.
