It was a fab location, so safe for a single female traveller, very helpful
I loved all. Except the odd occupants who have a lack of respect for noise in close proximity. I had to knock on their door and explain their noise levels inappropriate. It also disturbed most of the other occupants. That family left next morning.
I felt for the manager as out of his control.

Location, apartment was clean. Beds comfortable.
There is only 1 small ac for the whole apartment which also wasn’t working. We booked this apartment only because it said it was air conditioned. However on talking to the owner, they installed a portable ac which made our stay comfortable.

The location was very convenient, near to many Metro Stations and close to the Opera (2nd Arrondisement) which is very central.
It was an apartment, so there was no breakfast or all day reception, but the host was available and extremely polite and helpful when required. The communication through WhatsApp App very user friendly.
The room was very tiny, which is the rule for Paris, There was no view from our room (the roofs of the near buildings) and compared to other European cities the price for such a room was high (not only in this hotel).
