The staff that welcomed us was very nice and helpful. The location was great and the apartment was clean.

The property was nice and the location was great. We liked that there was a washer and heated towel rack. We were greeted and walked to the unit. They were friendly and helpful.

It needs a little tlc. Just little things like the hooks on the bathroom door coming off. Looked a little used compared to the pictures.

Perfect.

Location was perfect. Stairs going up is not suitable for older people or people who are handicapped. Bed was super comfortable. Host was always kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Good value - great host

It is a good sized apartment with everything you need. Excellent location for cafes, shops, etc. The host is amazing and helpful - especially with luggage storage and communication. Room temp not an issue in October.

Not an issue but you need to be aware that the local train station is not user friendly with luggage or on the best line. This apartment required the use of very steep, circular, narrow stairs which maybe concerning for some and difficult with luggage. I wouldn’t like to stay in summer as there is no aircon.

Good for a few days stay, good location for a base.

The size of the accommodation for France was good. The shower was very big and very good. The service manager was very helpful with suggestions and responsive to requests. The lift was very useful as we had several cases each. And we were located on the 2nd floor.

Bit of work going on outside. But didn’t impact too much on our stay.

Had a great time in Paris and having this apartment to come back to at the end of a full day was awesome. We loved it

Excellent location. Two metro stations are a short walk away. A bakery 3 doors down on the street for the morning croissants! 20 minutes walk to the Seine and Notre Dame area. Good space for eating or hanging out after a long day of visiting. Beds were firm, comfortable and clean.

Not didn’t like, just comments. The couch could be updated, the cushions kept sliding making it uncomfortable. Be aware that the ceiling in the room upstairs is not high and is slanted, it’s an attic space. It’s very comfortable for sleeping but watch your head moving around! It’s also not completely private being open to the other floor.

Fantastic apartment, it exceeded my expectations. Super charming and exactly what I was looking for. Great location and very comfy bed. I would highly recommend booking this place.

Great location

Location, clean.

It was advertised to be air conditioned but it’s not. If it is a criteria for booking a place like it was for me, that becomes a problem. Very difficult to sleep and frustrating to have been misinformed. Summer nights were very hot. Having air conditioning would have made the place perfect and enjoyable.

Amazing place to stay in Marais, both for business and pleasure

We stay at this place every time we can when we are in Paris for work: location is superb, host is super friendly, accommodation is clean and comfortable.

Nothing really, aside from noise coming from the other apartments that cannot really be controlled by the owner.

Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our apartment comfortably fit my 2 teens and myself (I slept upstairs in a mezzanine in the roof). The apartment had a washing machine which was awesome as we had collected a bit of dirty laundry in our travels previously. And from the bathroom you could catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower in the distance- it felt very Parisian 😊 Thankfully there was aircon as being the top level and hot weather our apartment would have been unbearable otherwise.

Our apartment was on the top floor (level 5) so would only suit those who are able to manage their luggage up and down 5+ flights of narrow uneven circular stairs! I was traveling with my teen kids so they were wonderful helpers with the suitcases!! And by the end of the trip (4 days) I could make it all the way to the top without pausing to catch my breath- so bonus extra fitness haha. Most of our communications with the property were excellent - however I did get some messages about paying a local tax (which I wasn’t aware of) and all those comms were in French (when all other comms were in English) and came from different staff, which was a bit confusing.

I had a good time with my 11y.o. Staying in this property and recommends it

It’s a good place with one bedroom off the living-room. The property is well equipped and we found everything clean and welcoming when we arrived. The shower is great. The staff is very helpful, responsive and accommodating

The property is in the first floor and we could hear the street noises ( children in the nearby school) but it was not a big problem did us; the area is so trendy and lively it was part of the Paris experience.

The apartment was comfortable and stylish and in a great, central location. The host was welcoming and gave us recommendations for local restaurants and fantastic bakeries.

Beautiful apartment in a trendy, vibrant neighborhood of Paris that is walkable to attractions.

We love this part of town. It has more of a local feel with great restaurants and shops yet still busy. The apartment was beautiful, well appointed and had great views. Communication with the host was fantastic before and during our stay. The owner arranged for front door access and keys since we arrived outside of their business hours. It was very easy to understand the instructions. We did have to climb stairs but after several full days of walking, it was not big deal and with the view from all rooms, it was definitely worth the climb. We were able to do some laundry the day before we left which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay in this property again.

Great location at the heart of the Marais!

Typical older Parisian building, you had to navigate narrow stairs to the first floor and then take an elevator to half* the floor above and walk down. Inconvenient when you carry heavy luggage, but typical of buildings in the area. *Yes half, as old Paris buildings have half floors. The apartment was on 3 1/2 and the elevator stopped either on 3 and you went half floor up or better on 4 and you had to go half floor down.

Great little apartment in a quiet spot about 25 mins walk to Notre dame

Well situated, comfortable, modern facilities, stylish. Had an elevator, very quiet, didn’t smell. Walking distance to several museums and art galleries

Would have liked a couple of essentials like teabags and sugar and milk to get started- took us a couple of days to find a supermarket etc.

Great appartement with an unbeatable location!

Such a nice appartement in the center of the Marais. Street with lots of trendy coffee shops, bakeries, qualitative restaurants and little shops so its animated but really quiet for a good night sleep! When walking a couple of min there are more traditional brasseries and great asian food options. The appartement itself is set in a traditional Marais building, with a nice rooftop view, cosy and light. Stairs weren't a problem for us as an elevator was available at the first floor. Beds were good and comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating, replied quickly to our questions and let us stay in the appartement until we had to leave so we could leave our luggage. We will be back 😊

Comfy apartment in a great location

The apartment was in a great location in the heart of the Marais district with easy access to the Metro and walking distance to key locations. The amenities in the apartment were good with soft towels and a comfortable bed. There was plenty of room for our luggage and the kitchen had everything we needed. We liked the styling of the apartment. Our host provided clear instructions to access the apartment and was quick to communicate with any questions we had.

The apartment didn’t have a view but given we were out exploring all the time, it wasn’t an issue

Loved this stay in the Marais.

Location is fabulous for the Marais and surrounding areas. Love the walkable neighborhood. Room with all you need, clean, beds comfy, host was a pleasure, great WiFi, felt safe, quiet at night, easy check in and out. Did not use AC. Loved the heated bathroom towel bar. When return to Paris, we’ll stay here again.

Lift didn’t always work, tv didn’t work (maybe new batteries in remote needed) but didn’t impact our stay. Shower isn’t very good perhaps due to it being top floor

Neat, just the right size, had everything we needed as wells as the bonus of a washing machine and iron. The location is 10/10 and the guys we dealt with along the way, Remy, Sebastien and George old not have been more helpful.

Location excellent, lots to see in the vicinity and easy access to Metro. Able to walk to the River Seine through fascinating streets. Lots of places to eat. All very safe. Hosts always responsive and helpful.

The apartment was smaller than expected…the bedroom small with the bed up against the wall so difficult to get into and out of for that person. 3rd floor, no lift in real terms is 60 stairs up and down every time. The sitting area was so brightly lit , and with the white walls, white plastic doors and kitchen units so close it was like sitting in an operating theatre. We are in our mid 70s so perhaps this evaluation is harsh!

Very clean and nice GREAT location Staff was very accommodating with luggage and arriving early The public transportation was a short walk and we got a weekly pass

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was nice to have somewhere big enough to hang out on rainy days or cook a meal.

Location, felt safe, amenities were good . Big enough for family of 4 if the kids sleep upstairs and don’t mind the low ceilings. Comfortable beds

Didn’t feel really clean- more of a surface clean- There was hair in the bathtub, really dirty under the bed. Advertised that toiletries were included but only had shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner, two bedside lights were out and the toilet roll holder kept falling off. Not a huge deal but a bit more care would have gone a long way.
