COSY Appartement Paris Centre

I loved the location, it’s just at the crossroads to the areas full of authenticity. The food choices around here are outstanding and the metro lines are so close and get you everywhere. The bedrooms have double glazing so it’s pretty quiet at night and we loved the space. It allowed us to feel as though we were living in Paris not just visiting. The host was brilliant and the kitchen and bathroom well organized and have all you need. It was also very clean. We felt very safe walking around day and night. The people in the area are very friendly and I would absolutely stay again if I got the chance. We are also aged 49 & 53 so not first time visitors to Paris or this area and we find it an easy walk to most of the attractions.

Nice place close to metro. Some really nice food and drink places nearby. Easy to access the rest of Paris from here.

The place was not very clean. The bedsheets were worn and had quite a few hairs stuck on them and just didn't feel recently washed. The place in general had not been very well maintained - cupboard doors were askew and a drawer front had fallen off. The place is located near several metro stops, but the road is not the nicest. Short walk to very nice areas though.

Very close to Strasburg Saint Denis Station, which was the best thing.

Not enough explanation about the opening of the 2 front doors. It is not a clean apartment. There is no aircondition, which is a problem with Paris in general, even if the temperature was 38 degrees. The owner managed to bring 3 fans after being asked to.
