We liked the calm and private feeling

Location was good.

A little small for two friends travelling together.

Everything nearby to enjoy a full day in Paris. Very clean.

The location was excellent.

It was very small. It was not very clean - hair and grit were on the floor throughout. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the bath mat was not suitable for absorbing the water as it was soaked after the first shower. The instructions for check in were very clear and I followed them perfectly as I had been urged to review over and over. This bordered on harassment. Then, when the code didn’t work, no one answered my calls. I tried the code on another lockbox and it worked. Luckily I did that since nothing I was given was correct. When we entered the building, there was no advice for which apartment we were in, except a photograph of the door which already had people staying in it!! It turned out that we were sent the wrong details for our checkin. This meant that we had to ask one of the other guests to help us. This was not great when you consider how much we were paying a night to stay. Furthermore, with all of the rules and ‘don’t’ and threats of extra charges, it was very stressful trying to get into the accommodation because we didn’t want to disturb anyone.
