Location, location! Paris at door steps!
This apartment, is much more spacious than the average studio in Paris: 400 square foot. A whole family up to four guests wouldn't feel tight.
Unlike some other areas in Paris, you won't have to run more than few meters to buy your groceries or find interesting shops and a wide range of restaurants.
Great strolls in "le Marais", Historical district of Paris right bank
3 metro stations and 5 metro lines close 5 minutes from front door.
You can reach any spot, directly is few minutes, in the metro or while walking (there is interesting promenades from the studio).
The apartment is located on the first floor (one floor up from street level).
3 large windows on a secured courtyard , no street noise!
In the separate kitchen: everything you need including a washer and a clothes drying rack.
The studio is fitted with a queen size bed in an alcove and a convertible sofa as large as a double bed. All linens and towels are supplied also an iron and an ironboard, in the bathroom: a hairdryer.
There is a cable television, a portable radio/CD player,
A good WiFi Internet.
Your hostess is always available during your stay.

Our host was very kind and considerate of our arrival time and that means a lot! She even gave us recs for places to eat and where to buy groceries! The property was close to everything and we had no trouble getting around and getting daily needs. All in all we had a great time!

Great place to stay fits four people constable. Good area, close to many shops. The host was great communicating with me. I recommend this place when traveling to Paris.

Claude was wonderful and so helpful with tips about Paris for our first trip. The Studio was perfect for us. Located in La Maria’s, it was close enough for us to walk almost everywhere - Montmarte, Notre Dame, La Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Place des Vosges not to mention the numerous bakeries, pastry shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this Studio and Claude as the host!

1 flight walk up to this simple studio. The street looks deserted by day, but alive with shops in the afternoon. This apartment provided us with the real Paris experience with a close by Boulangerie, Easy access to the Metro, and a person who sleeps on the stairs. The studio was clean & showers were hot. City tap water tastes good here. Claude (speaks perfect English) was charming and made herself available to meet us there for check in.
