With better cleaning and maintenance, the experience for future guests could be much improved.

The location of the flat was great, which we really appreciated.

However, the apartment did not fully match what was shown in the listing. There was a flooding issue in the bathroom, and after using the shower once, we couldn’t use it again. The overall cleanliness was also below our expectations, the bathroom and kitchen didn’t feel clean enough to use, and there were spider webs around the entrance lamp.

Appartement simple et idéalement situé par rapport au parc des expositions de la Porte de Versailles. Les consignes pour accéder au logement sont claires et précises même si les échanges ne se font qu'à distance. La proximité de la station de métro.

La douche n'a pas de débit, le pommeau fuit et il faut se battre pour avoir de l'eau chaude! Le matelas de la chambre du fond mériterait une alaise vu son état, traces de brulures, taches. La première chambre mériterait une couette plus épaisse, mon collègue a eu froid.

Fin leilighet, passet oss ypperlig! Romslige soverom, godt utstyrt leilighet og gode senger. Rolig beliggenhet. Trivelig vertskap.

Må gå gjennom badet for å komme til det ene soverommet, vannet i dusjen vekslet mellom å være varmt og kaldt. Noe liten stue når sovesofaen var oppredd, men for oss gikk det helt fint.

LUGAR IDEAL

El lugar me encantó, estaba frente a un metro y eso facilito la movilización por la cuidad, el lugar fue bastante limpio, con una buena ubicación a restaurantes y bella vista. Fue muy cómodo, había internet rápido, agua caliente, televisión y un agradable ambiente si vas en familia. ¡Me fascinó!

Brak czystych ręczników oraz papieru toaletowego. Gospodarze wyrazili jednak chęć dostarczenia obydwu braków.

Drzwi do pokojów nie zamykały się wcale,nie było informacji że mieszkanie jest na 5 piętrze bez windy,co dla osób starszych jest dużym problemem.Łazienka była pomieszczeniem przejściowym z brodzikiem ,do którego nie dało się wejśc,bo był tak wysoki i tak ciasno.Woda w prysznicu nie dała się wyregulować-raz ciepła ,raz wrzątek.Pościel pomięta,w fatalnym stanie.W kuchni -brak sztućców,plastikowy czajnik,Brudne naczynia

Situation -séjour courte durée

Appartement très bien situé, récupération des clés par boîte à clés après réception d'un whatsapp qui nous donne les instructions. L'appartement mériterai une bonne réfection mais pour 1 week-end c'est suffisant. Les contacts avec l'hote se sont fait par whatsapp. A prendre en compte, appartement au 5ème sans ascenseur. L'avantage c'est qu'il est peu perturbé par les bruits du quartier.
