Situation géographique de l'appartement, quartier agréable. Taille de l'appartement qui est globalement confortable. Proximité du métro.
Equipement vaisselle très insuffisant pour six personnes. Propreté du sol (moquette très dégradée).

Nous cherchions juste de quoi passer une nuit pour nous reposer après un match de rugby au stade Jean Bouin. L'accès au logement est facile, le métro pas très loin. Appartement assez grand pour 6 personnes, le lit dans la chambre est confortable. La nuit a été calme. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine, aucun avis à donner sur cet équipement.
Les lits dans le séjour (canapés-lits) sont moins confortables. La baignoire pour se doucher : moins pratique qu'une simple douche. L'appartement était nettoyé (pas de problème de propreté) mais l'ensemble a un peu vécu : rideau du séjour sali, moquette qui prend facilement la poussière, sol du séjour abîmé...

Appartement très propre, conforme à la description. Tout était exactement comme annoncé. Bien situé, pratique pour se déplacer. Très bonne expérience, je recommande.

No había sábanas encimeras para camas y sofás camas. Faltaba: limpieza detrás radiadores y detrás cabecera de cama,parte del suelo de madera deteriorado,moqueta del suelo del dormitorio manchada.Solo había una olla y un sarten plano,nevera pequeña,no hay diferentes cubos de basura para clasificarlas,no hay tostadora,faltaba un escobon y recogedor.
