Absolutely horrible experience with staff and owner. Will never stay here again.

The location is absolutely stunning. The property itself exudes old world Parisian charm. Each room is beautifully decorated and oozes stories that want to be told.

What this property has in terms of location and decor is completely voided by the atrocious behavior of the staff and the owner. Clearly the property has fallen into the hands of misplaced inheritance and the current owner wants to spend little to no money in its upkeep and maintenance. The owner is rude, unresponsive and cheap to say the least. He charges 65 euros for bedding and towels. Any question you ask, will have to go through the booking.com chat and is met with a standard response detailing a list of charges and how he will deduct various amounts for various defaults. Example: 500 euros will be deducted for rude behavior with staff. The kitchen was dirty, knives blunt and damaged. The electrical sockets don’t work, the WiFi modem probably belongs to when the current owner was 10 years old with signals limited to the living room. They have provided a coffee machine but no coffee pods (Tbf it’s also not mentioned on the list of provisions) but by that definition, not mentioning they charge for linens and towels in the description is deception. There is some cartoon called Glenda who is in charge of handling the check in process and another clown called Franck who speaks no English, has no context until the day of check in but bobs his head out on a WhatsApp group chat just to humiliate you and treat you like garbage. I had asked a question to the owner on booking.com and hadn’t paid the deposit until the question was answered and Mr. Clown Franck was added on the group chat and he just called me out for not paying. I felt it was rude and humiliating. I made the payment without asking further questions and then left the WhatsApp group chat after which I was added back on the group by Glenda and I was told she will not allow me to check in if I leave the group again. That’s how “staff” behave with you. Even the approach to the building is very strange and fishy.

A large apartment in the centre of Paris

The location was excellent - close to Champs Élysées , shops , and a lot of café and restaurants bars/bistros and shops. In addition, the metro station is in less than 100 m and it is easy to reach everything worth of sightseeing. The size of the apartment was remarkable, particularly for the centre of Paris. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is very good for a group of friends or family. It was nice to relax after an exhausting day of sightseeing with a glass of wine together with family in the terrace . In the morning, close bakeries Lenotre provide delicious breakfast.

The location is perfect. 2 min walk to the Champs Élysées , 14mn to Eiffel tower , near all the best designer shops, cabaret and restaurants, completely quiet, clean and private place.

De meeste bezienswaardigheden zijn vlakbij en op loopafstand. We hadden een geweldig verblijf daar. Veel restaurants en winkels aan de Champs Elysees binnen een paar minuten lopen. Het appartement was netjes en schoon. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf daar.
