Good location but too small and dingy. The layout is very strange with multiple doors and adjacent rooms being too close

Good location and clear communication regarding access to the property

Too small - it’s a studio in the size of a small bedroom. There are 4 doors, each with codes to finally get through to the room. The adjacent rooms are too close to each other and one can easily hear the doors slamming shut throughout the night.

Great location and property, hosts increased fees sneakily/without booking.com’s involvement

Location was amazing. Ease of checking in was good.

Not so the property but more so being overcharged city tax, forcing us to pay €20 more than what booking.com says we have to pay. And then not providing reasoning or help. It’s not a bank transfer so booking.com support was useless, they make you put cash in an envelope in a letter box. Sneaky but they know what they’re doing.

Worst hotel, worst service

We had an important wedding photo shoot near the Eiffel Tower, so we needed to stay at a hotel with an iron, and we decided on this hotel. We messaged the hotel in advance to make sure they had an iron. However, when we checked in, there was no iron. Since we had one night before we were due to use it, we contacted them the next day to ask them to bring it, but even though they replied, "We'll definitely bring it," the iron never arrived. Shocked by this dishonest response, we contacted the hotel. After several rounds of back and forth, we were never able to get in touch with the manager directly. I've stayed in many hotels, but this one is exactly worst. The room was even dirtier and smaller than shown in the photos. The desk hadn't even been wiped. The location is the only good thing about it. This is a fact, not a complaint, and the hotel has given us permission to write a low review.

Pleasant place to stay, just a few minutes by foot from the amazing Eiffel Tower. The location on its own is really good

Everything was clean and easy to use

Just the remote for the ceiling ac that seemed to be broken where you should put the batteries but the weather was nice so we didn’t need to use it.

Heat management during the summer

Good location, close to really good shopping shopping area. Very clean room.

The room gets full sun in the afternoon . This is a 70s building with big mirror windows. When the weather gets warm (it was 27 degrees), the windows start radiating heat even through the opacifier curtains. But the worst was that when we first checked in, there was a freestanding air-conditioning unit which was on (great) but which hadn’t been probably piped, and which was pulsing hot air via the back vent hose back into the room. It was like walking into an oven, and took us a lot of trouble cooling the room down. The common areas are also very warm, so even when you manage to cool your room down, you still get heat from the corridors. Very noisy and inconsiderate neighbours as well, couldn’t quite locate them as came through the courtyard windows. Every night a family and baby being loud between 11:30 pm and 1 pm.

Stay away from this property like plague

Location

First of all, I have not received any instructions for self check-in, so I had to call the number myself on the morning of my check-in day. Only after that call I received the email with all the check-in instructions and door codes. But the main issue was that when I arrived to the flat it was boiling hot. The fan which was on the ceiling wasn’t working so the property management decided to bring in portable ac with the pipe for cooling the room. As it can be seen in the photo, the pipe was too short so instead of going out of the window, it was blowing inside the room and heating it up, as a result. Mind that it was almost +40 degrees in Paris that day, so the situation was unbearable, and the property management wasn’t picking up my calls or responding to emails. That was one horrible night spent in that flat.

A nice stay in the chic and charming 16th arrondissement

Good location, very close to the main areas of Passy, and in a quiet but chic area of the 16th arrondissement. Good communication from the hosts when I had questions. Very convenient for access to Roland Garros (a short Lime bike or taxi ride ride away).

The soundproofing of the rooms was poor; there were some extremely loud other guests in other apartments. The quality of the hand soap bars was also worse than expected (liquid soap is preferable). Ventilation could be improved also. There was also quite a convoluted way of accessing the apartment (up some stairs, then down another set of stairs, and then up another).

Disappointing

Location

The room was cramped and lacked room to relax. The room had a bad smell and the kitchen sink leaked over the floor when used. We asked for days for te problem to be fixed and only had someone visit the day before we checked out. Very disappointing customer service from my experience.

The room was so spacious and welcoming. The bathroom was perfect for getting ready for the morning, and the room was big enough to get changed and relax comfortably. Perfect for couples, or just by yourself. It was also very close to popular monuments!

Awsome location

We love the location! The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Great instructions to get inside the apartamento, the WiFi works.

The floor is broken so the apartments looks like careless, it’s a shame because it’s cozy at the end. The a/c have a big tube for the hot air so probably most of the cold air is leaving for the window. They have like a nespresso machine but it would be nice like some capsules for welcoming.

Do not book this property, if you have large luggage challenging to get up a very narrow spiral staircase to the room It has skylights that are covered with curtains, but some of the curtains are falling down. So it allows extreme amounts of sunlight making the room hot. It has an portable air conditioning unit, but no place to put the vent.

I like about the property is the simplicity, and mostly the things i needed is inside. I love the comfiness of the bed.

No receptionist is there so you cant place your bag if you would like to left your stuffs there. At the same time it would be lovely if they are going to invest to have a good backyard at the front of the window, its too dull

Very close to Tour Eiffel. It has a big garbage bin. Doesn’t ask users too much requirements, so you could stay there like a hotel, so that you can enjoy your traveling and check-out quickly to catch up transportation in the morning.

Good location

Good location as it is a 10-minute walk from Trocadero where there is a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Also near several bus stops and metro stations of which one metro has a good connection to get to CDG.

It would have been nicer if they had an option to keep luggages for those who have a late flight but already have to check out during the day. We also would have appreciated a bit of understanding since we missed on one night because the airline canceled our flight, so we lost one night staying with them.

Great location and perfect for our crew (2 adults and a 13 year old) to overnight stay in Paris. Instructions were clear and easy.

Room was hot, especially on arrival as the curtains were left open and the sun hits this room heavy in the afternoon. There is a provided AC but have to open the window to hang its tubing out which can be difficult if you’ve never had to use these, it also will leak water so be aware.

No elevator/lift. We had a lot of luggage, as we were tourists and had to carry all thr big suitcases up a floor. No AC, the portable cooler was emitting hot air as its duct was broken. Tiny rooms, but probably that is what u can expect in Paris.
