I really loved the cute apartment and location and it was a nice stay.
The only bad thing was, that we stayed during a heat wave so the room was extremely hot and we only had 2 sealing fans that didn’t blow much air and a standing fan that didn’t help much at all… so most nights we’d wake up drenched in sweat.

Second visit here - it’s a really great location. They had made extra effort to make the room cooler for me on arrival this time - cold water and mister in the fridge, curtains closed with a/c on. It’s only got a portable a/c unit in it and needs to have the window open to work which seems counterintuitive but it cools the room. All it needs is a blanker put in the window to keep it shut - wouldn’t take much. Other clean and comfortable place - great value for money.
Rooms are small - but it is central Paris after all

Good location and clear communication regarding access to the property
Too small - it’s a studio in the size of a small bedroom. There are 4 doors, each with codes to finally get through to the room. The adjacent rooms are too close to each other and one can easily hear the doors slamming shut throughout the night.
