Great location but needs some maintenance.
The location was great, close to Eiffel Tower and some great boulangeries, cafes and food markets.
The condition was not great. There were very loose tiles on the floor (safety issue), broken toilet seat, and we could not get the hot plate in the kitchen to work.

We came to Paris for a short holiday, but sadly, the experience was quite disappointing.
The only positive aspect of this property is its location, conveniently situated near Paris’s main attractions.
The owner did not provide basic supplies such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, or dishwashing essentials. The Wi-Fi username and password on the router were incorrect. Additionally, the cooktop and some floor tiles were broken. The owner did not answer phone calls or respond to emails regarding these issues. This property was extremely hot during my stay, making it difficult to fall asleep. Properties in this area are quite different compared to those in other countries. This particular property requires four separate security passes just to enter, and all the windows are sealed with heavy metal bars, creating a feeling similar to being in a prison.

Había cucarachas, había una solo estufa con una parrilla lo que dificulta hacer comida para 4 personas tal como hice la reserva. No había suficientes cobijas y almohadas .

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de torre Eiffel, cerca de supermercados y panaderías. Barrio tranquilo.
No había shampoo, ni jabón para bañarse, eramos 4 personas y sólo 2 sillas para sentarnos a comer. Papel higiénico no había para 4 personas. Lo malo es que lo ofrecen al reservar el apartamento y sorpresa no te puedes asear al llegar.
