Tour Reflet Paris 15, A cozy and welcoming home, just like your own

The apartment located close to the Seine River and a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The space in the apartment was decent for a family of 4, considering the small size apartments in París. It is also a 15 minute walk to the train station. The washer was a plus. They even had racks to dry the clothes. They had a whole assorted of shampoos halfway used. Although they are useful it looks overwhelming and not professional. They also left the sponge to scrub the shower walls and squeegee in the shower. A lot of condiments, looked as some were personal and some leftover from guests that rented the space. That would be okay if it was better organized. The counters were taken by the overwhelming supplies it has. Too many choices. Also, for the alcoholic drinkers, there was a lot of alcohol bottles on the top shelf. The toilet was separate from the shower. A couple of windows open up on the 27th floor to get fresh air and to clear out the cigarette smoke smell from the hallway that goes into the apartment. The full kitchen was a plus, wish it had a place to sit and eat.

The floor where the apartment is, is filthy with cigarette smoke. It's enclosed by the 4 apartments and elevators and it is concentrated, smoking daily in that hallway definitely brings in the smoke inside the apartment when getting in and out. When we first arrived we noticed that it wasn't a regular renting apartment, someone actually lives there. They have a whole bunch of things in the cabinets and drawers. It looks like useless things stored there. It appears as if it is someones personal apartment and just leaves when it gets rented out. One of the main things that concerned us was the lack of cleaning. The apartment itself looked cleared but definitely not kept up. It surely doesn't have a cleaning professional person or good cleaning themselves. The bed spread looked too wrinkled and smelled dirty, as if someone stays there and did not wash the linens before there client arrived. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable as the front of head curves down and the back where the feet go also curves down, so you actually don't get to sleep straight. The mirror was placed on the hallway wall, in between the bedroom and shower. That mirror wasn't secured properly on the wall and it fell and broke randomly when no one was around. Also, they had a brand new shelf from IKEA that also hadn't been secured properly as if they didn't finish setting it up. Once you opened the drawer it fell, luckily on my shoe. Too many personal items hanging in the walls and decorations cluttering the already small space. If they removed the shelf below the counter top and added some stools you can actually have a space to eat any meals you cook from the kitchen.

The apartment is so homely and cosy. The owner has filled it with love and comfort. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower was lovely, everything was great. The location is so handy. There is a huge shopping mall just 1 minute walk away. Then of course the eiffel tower is just a short 10/15 min stroll. But you can get amazing pictures from across the street. The views from the apartment of the seine are lovely. 3 train stations thst we found to be very near by. Bus stops near by. The area felt very safe also even late at night. The concierge mohamed was a kind and attentive gentleman. Also it's bigger than the pictures make it look Recommend

The sofa bed wouldn't open. We didn't try too hard as didn't want to force it but it's a bit worn out maybe? The bed was comfortable but maybe could do with new duvets and pillows as a bit lumpy. One drawer in the bedroom was broken and fell on my child's foot. For the price, location and the fact it's on the whole a really delightful little apartment the above things were not a big deal to us. We slept well because we were busy all day exploring and we had everything we needed.

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at this property in Paris! The location was unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which made it easy to explore one of the city’s most iconic sights. The neighborhood was vibrant yet peaceful, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby, giving a true Parisian feel. The property itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptional—very responsive and eager to help with any questions, making me feel warmly welcomed. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the best of Paris!

Everything was amazing!

Best location. Cozy apartment and view from bed room is quite good. In Kitchen everything is available to cook.

We felt little cold inside the apartment. The provided heater is working ok ok!
