Très cosy 45m2, proche du parc des expositions

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. The location is convenient, close to Porte de Versailles, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a few days’ stay. The bathroom was clean, and there was plenty of hot water throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the host’s kindness in allowing us to arrive earlier and leave our luggage before check-in. The area was peaceful at night, with very little noise, which made it easy to rest after a busy day of sightseeing in Paris. We were also asked to provide a security deposit before arrival, but it was returned in full after our stay, even though we accidentally broke a glass during the visit, which we appreciated.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks: some small areas of dampness/mold in the bedroom and kitchen, although there was no unpleasant smell, and the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally unstable.

- Modern apartment - Well planned layout - Well connected by bus and train

- Garbage collection right outside the window makes it noisy - very hard to get good sleep - Cleaners right outside the door at 630am every morning, including weekends (separate from the garbage collection outside the window) - Noise from the apartment between at 3a - 4am, resulting in poor sleep quality - The owner used fairly rude words and blamed us for boing noisy -- threatening us to "leave immediately without refund", without checking whether it was us or another apartment (the one above us) that was noisy. Finally, the room description is misleading. I searched for 2 adults, 2 kids ages 12yr and 16yr, when this apartment came up as " 1 Double bed, 2 Sofa Beds". In reality, one of the sofa bed is actually similar to a La-Z-boy recliner, not useable as a bed at all. Made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably.
