Все было хорошо, нам разрешили поселится раньше потому как мы прибыли в город раньше и за это огромное спасибо ! Хороший вид из окна! Не было кастрюльки для плиты индукционной но мы и без нее обошлись, посуды более чем достаточно! Все необходимое было! Внимательный консьерж!… но всегда есть но …

Скрипучий пол не очень понравился.Плохо убрана квартира, горничная просто перестилила кровать и ушла! Пылисос даже не думал включатся это обидно !

I liked the apartment in general and the location was convenient. It was about 8 minutes from the nearest metro station (line 12). From the window, you can see the Eifel Tower and it is a nice view from the 7th floor. The apartment has necessary equipment except for toilet paper, kitchen towels and a cooking pod with lid (if you have kinds and need to prepare something, this may be important. I did not manage to use the cooker).

The people who run it provide very poor service. They give you the feeling that they only care about the money without trying to make the guest's stay pleasant. I did not have any codes for the keys, unless I pre-authorise 900EUR for potential damages. Along with this, there was a non-refundable charge of 7.50EUR. Given this, we were a bit more careful with the apartment and paid attention to its faults, in case they wanted us to pay for them. The shutters in the bedroom wouldn't shut and as a result, the light was in the room (which made sleeping more difficult). The toilet seat was rolling and the cupboard in the entrance was not screwed to the wall and this was dangerous. Moreover, they wanted me to pay 22EUR for late check-in (after 9pm). I have been travelling for work purposes a lot, and this is the first time I experience such a cost. Given the late check-in fee, I thought someone would be there to welcome us. Contrary, no one was there and although we booked the room for five nights for four people, the sofa bed was not ready for sleeping. We were extra careful in the property and contacted the person who was to be our "concierge" to ask for guidance regarding the sofa bed. But, they replied at 3am! In general, they wouldn't reply unless I specifically asked for something for a few times and emphasize that I would appreciate a reply. We asked for a few times if there was an iron in the property and are still to receive an answer. As we booked for five nights for four people, we thought that there would be some extra toilet paper somewhere in the property (not only the 1.5 roll that was in use). After a few days, we eventually got a reply saying that they do not offer more (this is fine, but the combination of not answering and the the extra charges makes the communication unpleasant and difficult). Overall, all went well at the end and they released the 900EUR 10 days after we left (not immediately as they collected it though).
