Magnificent holiday, a great location when visiting Paris, very close to Metro station

the apartment was exactly as described, it was not big, but was easily big enough for us and our 2 children and it is in a great location close to Metro 9 - Billancourt station

everything was good the only point I would mention is the apartment block has a very small elevator, 2-3 people maximum

Very comfortable and close to all amenities.

It felt homely. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The host left some food, milk, tea and coffee for our breakfast. His communication with us was excellent. We met the cleaner who was also very helpful. We visited for the Roland Garros Tennis tournament and found we were an easy walk away. Lots of local bars, cafes and restaurants too.

I STAYED FROM 24/12/2022 TO 27/12/2022 STOP MENTIONING THINGS/FACILITIES WHICH YO CAN NOT PROVIDE, AS I MENTIONED EARLIER IN THE REVIEW ALL OF THE FOOD WAS EXPIRED. I WOULD RECOMMEND PROVIDE FACILITIES IN RIGHT MANNER OR IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE SO DONT MENTION.

Good location for Roland Garros 30 minute walk to stadium. Shops and restaurants all nearby has a balcony to sit out if you smoke. Eveything necessary for a short or long stay, clean and tidy.

You don’t get a continental breakfast as stated it’s just some food left in a basket in the apartment

Very fine apartment

It is a very nice option if you briefly visit Paris. The apartment is small but there is everything you need, even bath tub, balcony and a good collection of non-fiction books and Paris travel guides. It feels cosy, protected, and is warm in winter.

Bed with a smelly feet odor!

There were things to eat in the fridge and in the cupboard. Some cookies were expired, but....

The first night I couldn't to sleep, disgusted by the smell of the bedding and the comforter. Lucky for me I had my own pillow so I didn't have to sleep with the ones provided by the property. The floor was so dirty my flip-flop seemed to stick. I had problems with the hot water every day. I took a cold water shower. I cleaned the table before using it and was shocked at the color the cleaning paper turned out to be. It was definitely one of the worst places I've ever stayed.

The entry was shabby, but the apartment itself was pleasant, comfortable and clean.

When I arrived in the evening there were no keys in the lockbox as originally promised and when I called the owner on the telephone there was no answer. I waited 15 minutes in the entry without knowing what was happening and without knowing how I could get the keys to get into the apartment. This was very disturbing. Eventually a guy arrived with the key and I could get in, but it was a very stressful 15 minutes.

Ottima soluzione per il nostro soggiorno a Parigi. Appartamento con tutti i confort (elettrodomestici, stoviglie, lenzuola, asciugamani, coperte,...) , pulito e perfetto per noi tre. Wifi a disposizione. Ottima posizione a 100 MT dalla metro (10 Min. Dalla Tour Eiffel), market e negozi, in posizione tranquilla. Se torniamo a Parigi lo prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione.

Kaffeemaschine läuft aus - Balkon nicht sauber - ein Rolladen war defekt und konnte gar nie geöffner werden. - Vorhang zur Trennund ger beiden Betten ist heruntergefallen und konnte nicht mehr befestigt werden. - Frühstück bestand aus: Schwarztee, Kaffee, Milch, Apfelsaft, Apfelmus, Zwieback, einzeln verpackte Croissants- man musste selbst den Tisch decken und abwaschen

Geen douche 3 dagen geen warme water en geen verwarming en geen parking wel je kan parkeren buiten tegen betaling. Geen ontbijt wel een paar yoghurts en en boter in de frigo.
