Hele fijne rustige plek! Het zit wel aan het spoor, maar het geluid valt heel erg mee. Er staan ventilatoren voor de warmte, dat was fijn! Je bent zo in Parijs met de trein.

L'emplacement est charmant. Avec un accès par le jardin. Le quartier est calme,
l'appartement très confortable.
Commerces de proximité, restaurants très accessibles à pied, tout comme la gare SNCF ligne Montparnasse.

Beaucoup d'équipements pratique, situation proche du tram , hôtes disponibles, ventilateurs
L'appartement a besoin d'un rafraîchissement, les interrupteurs ne servent pas les lampes, la porte d'entrée coince, la tv ne fonctionne pas, le canapé lit a un côté très inconfortable
