Ruhige Lage, super sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles da, funktionierende Klimaanlage (bei der aktuellen Hitze super wichtig). Straßenbahn und Bus um die Ecke. Kontakt zum Vermieter super.

L'appartement est lumineux, fonctionnel, propre. Le couchage est de qualité. Des rafraichissements étaient une attention sympathique de la part de l'hôte qui propose une communication régulière et facile. L'emplacement est parfait pour partir à la découverte de Paris avec tous les moyens de transport à proximité. L'environnement est plutôt calme, même à proximité du périphérique. Le parking privé est aussi un plus.
La climatisation était un peu bruyante, mais bien agréable en période de chaleur.

It was a nice little apartment and if we hadn't been expecting something quite different which suited our requirements then I would have rated it as a minimum of 8 out of 10. Sadly we were very much misold.
We booked this as a 2 bedroom apartment and it was no such thing. Rather it was a one room apartment with a double bed at one end, a sofa bed at the other end, and a sliding partition between them. Maybe fine for family groups with no real desire for privacy but we were two unrelated adults who really did want our own space. I don't want to be too harsh on a basically nice little flat but we felt mislead.
