Nice little apartment but NOT a two bedroom flat so be careful if that's what you want.

It was a nice little apartment and if we hadn't been expecting something quite different which suited our requirements then I would have rated it as a minimum of 8 out of 10. Sadly we were very much misold.

We booked this as a 2 bedroom apartment and it was no such thing. Rather it was a one room apartment with a double bed at one end, a sofa bed at the other end, and a sliding partition between them. Maybe fine for family groups with no real desire for privacy but we were two unrelated adults who really did want our own space. I don't want to be too harsh on a basically nice little flat but we felt mislead.

A decent pace to stay for a reasonable budget.

Nice apartment with quite some space (for Paris). Good price. Easy to reach with the Metro.

The sleeping couch is not exactly outstanding in terms of comfort. While it is probably not the host's fault, there was no hot water available at night. This was actually quite disappointing!

Good Size and Good Value

Mehdi was a great host- excellent communication. The apartment is of a good size for Paris and has all that one needs to be comfortable. Location is convenient- plenty of Uber and Bolt around so waiting time is minimal. Some good restaurants nearby- a good breakfast and dinner can be expected. I would stay here again.

The space was well organized and had everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. It was also nice to be able to use the games in the lobby.

A great location with good facilities and parking.

Location was great, easy access to the metro, facilities were good and we were able to leave our car in the car park after checking out so we could continue to explore. Great communication and easy check in via email.

There was a really unpleasant odour in the room which I think was coming from the drains as was particularly bad in the kitchen and bathroom.

Great stay!

The apartment is located in a hotel building, in a nice and commercial neighbourhood. 5min walking there is a metro stop which connect you to the centre and nearby attractions. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a WC, a bathroom, a small living room area where a sofa double-bed is, and a bedroom with a double bed. Very convenient location and apartment distribution to stay as a family.

There is a construction work in the building so there is some dust that eventually ends up in the carpet. Nothing the owner can do about it, mentioning this only for awareness.

Très pratique pour 4 personnes et proche du parc des expositions.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du parc des expositions. Literie excellente. Sucre café, thé, biscuits à disposition. Parking souterrain. Bien qu'on quittait la chambre à 11h le lendemain, on a pu laisser la voiture toute la journée et c'était vraiment très sympa de ne pas devoir chercher une place à l'extérieur. On reviendra.
