The area and the view from the street are beautiful

It was very dirty, the bathroom had streaks on the mirror, there was a lot of dust in the air conditioner, there was also a lot of dust in the fan, what if a person is allergic to dust? I don't advise

We stayed here during our Paris trip and overall had a very good experience. The apartment was clean, the location convenient for getting around the city, and the free parking was a huge bonus—especially in Paris. A few things kept it from being a perfect 10/10. The “Wi-Fi” is actually just a small portable hotspot, and it wasn’t reliable enough for working remotely. We’re WFH, so this was a major issue. A proper router would make a big difference. The kitchen is well set up, but many of the pans are worn out with peeling Teflon, so we didn’t use them. Replacing those would be an easy fix. With those improvements, this place could absolutely be a 10/10 stay. It has the potential—it just needs a couple of simple upgrades to match the great location and cleanliness.

Wir hatten einen früheren Check-In bezgl. des Parkens angefragt. Leider wurde die Anfrage nicht beantwortet, sodass wir 10€ für 5h Parken im öffentlichen Straßenraum zahlen mussten. Der Vermieter war vormittags telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Wir haben eine Stunde vor dem Appartementhaus gewartet, leider ohne Erfolg. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.Stock eines Apparthotels. Die Wohnung war unglaublich dreckig! Es gab auf der Toilette weder Toilettenpapierhalter noch Toilettenbürste. Das Klo war dreckig. Der Toilettepapierhalter war aus der Wand gerissen. Die Toilettenbrille war nur noch an einer Stelle fest, die zweite Halterung war abgebrochen. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war locker. Die Steckdoesen waren verdreckt. Der Rauchmelder hat in Abständen von 30 sek. laut gepiepst. Die Batterie hätte ausgetauscht werden müssen. Das hätte das Reinigungspersonal zwingend hören müssen. Das Schlafsofa war nicht bezogen, wir hatten für vier Personen gebucht. Die Bettwäsche fürs Schlafsofa war nicht vorhanden. Unter dem Schlafsofa waren Haare auf dem Fußboden. Die Leuchtmittel einiger Lampen waren defekt. Die Lampenschirme waren verstaubt. Der Balkon war sehr ungepflegt (Brennnesseln). Die Pflanzen sind schon an der Fensterscheibe hochgewachsen. Die Küche war verdreckt. Über der Herdplatte waren Fettspritzer am Küchenoberschrank. Die Scharniere der Schranktüren waren ausgebrochen. Die Zu-/Abluft war verdreckt. Die Kaffeemaschine war verdreckt. Die Matratzen waren verdreckt. Die Kleiderbügel im Schrank waren defekt. Bei der Spülmaschine haben Klarspüler und Spülmaschinensalt gefehlt. Der Aufenthalt war ein einziger Horror. Einzig positiv war der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Unglaublich, dass diese Wohnung so viele normale bzw. positive Bewertungen erhalten hat. Diese Wohnung ist ein absolutes Disaster. Sie müsste behördlich geschlossen werden. Unglaublich. Wir haben 290€ für zwei Nächte bezahlt. Absolut kein europäischer Standard. Die Bilder sprechen Bände. Nie wieder.

Un hébergement idéal pour le travail.

La proximité avec tout notamment avec le parc des expos. Un logement qui est idéal autant pour la famille que pour des amis.

Plusieurs axes d’améliorations comme par exemple le wifi pour son fonctionnement. Il faut aussi à l’avenir faire attention à mettre le bon nombre de drap et de serviette par rapport au nombre de personne sur la réservation. Sinon le séjour était très agréable cependant.

Bien de loin mais loin d’être bien !

Bien de loin, mais loin d’être bien ! Le parking et les restaurants/transports sont les deux seules choses à retenir.

Entrés à 16h10 nous avons voulu aller aux toilettes … odeur d’urine tellement forte que notre fille a refusé d’y aller. J’ai nettoyé pendant une heure mais sans succès. Contact a été pris avec la gérance, à 16h30, qui est venue le lendemain et a constaté l’odeur, désodorisants achetés et produits de nettoyage mais l’odeur était toujours là. Quand on loue quelque chose, la moindre est d’avoir des toilettes propres et qui ne sentent pas l’urine (nous restons persuadés que les locataires précédents ont uriné sur les murs) et de ne pas passer une heure à quatre pattes à nettoyer, au lieu de profiter de notre week-end. Beaucoup de poussière partout, les portes habits en étaient aussi couvert. Et surtout pour le prix payé. C’est vraiment dommage … si c’était propre et bien entretenu ce serait une mine d’or. Nous n’avons pas pris d’assurance, car nous n’avons jamais eu de problème avec nos locations ces dix dernières années. A l’avenir nous prendrons une assurance et si cela devait se reproduire nous irons dormir ailleurs.

Bien, mais peut faire mieux

Le côté pratique d'avoir un appartement, la situation pas trop loin des transports publics. L'équipement de l'appartement était complet.

Le code d'accès au parking était faux, j'ai dû aller demander à la réception de l'hôtel. Le "concierge" à distance n'a pas compris ma question et ne m'a jamais donné le bon code. Les petits kits de bienvenue (café, etc et produits de douche n'étaient que 2 alors que nous avions réservé pour 4. Il y avait une serviette de bain usagée dans l'armoire de la chambre, mais pas de tapis pour sortir de la douche ni d'essuie-mains à la sdb. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.
